if you don’t like Grief we’ll call it feedback then sound better? and they deserve all the bad feed back they get, they’d outright done things even the original Dev’s said were a bad idea. *come in and screw up the old recipes, a lot of people had a ton of time investment in the game, thinking they can mess it up without negative feedback is simply unrealistic.
Again, its their game. They can do whatever they want and we can simply agree or not agree and/or play - not play. Some us already crossed that bridge the first time around.
I think feedback is fine but its hard to get the message to transmit when 90% of posts are outrage type fare with your standard pitchfork and torches approach to getting a point across.
Players cant humble themselves enough to even have the convo let alone actually give feedback thats worthy of consideration.
Past had proven that it the only thing that can sink in with them… Pizza anyone…
And till it drops I (and others it seems) plan to give that feedback whether you like it or not. (outrage is feedback).
Okay, we can examine the results of how far outrage and mudslinging gets you in a years time.
Good luck.
It did a pretty good job getting horde same faction BG’s.
Anyone get the Pizza reference?
It did a fairly poor one at getting you TBCC dual spec.
In your opinion.
Owned.
Oh we don’t have same faction BG’s now?
Are you saying that it is exclusively because of complaining that Blizzard saw the need for same faction?
If you think the horde being mad is what got that decision made then thats what you believe. Thats it.
so there will be TBCC’s servers when LK drops?
(If they are killing them off any reason to do anything with it or maybe they want them gone?)
Yes, not saying horde shouldn’t have been complaining but yes obviously the result of that complaining was same faction BG’s.
The reason same faction BGs were added was because Blizzard likely noticed a severe discrepancy in the experience of PvP content between the factions.
Complaining on the forums was merely smoke for the obvious, visible fire to Blizzard’s perspective.
… I hope you can understand why I find that quite difficult to believe.
This is the problem right here. YOUR original wrath experience doesn’t matter. Classic doesn’t need to be a mere trip down memory lane. Classic is blizzards chance to go back and redo some of the controversial choices they made originally that lead to the game today.
People will realize very quickly that dungeon grouping isn’t going to be anywhere near as hard as they cry it will be on these forums.
Every change they make risks making things worse, not better. I have zero confidence they can make WotLK better than it was originally. This is why I want them to just leave it alone.
Wrath doesnt need RDF.
It doesn’t not need it either.
Its a weird position to be in for both players and devs.
Possible solution:
Implement the feature but dont force players to use it if they dont want to, i.e. allow people to still form groups in LFG chat if they desire.
So exactly how it’s always worked
