Worthless Customer Support

What’s the point of a ban appeal if response times are just as long as the ban?

I legitimately have no idea what I’m even banned for and you’re just screwing up my raid schedule with no communication.

No live chat? No ticket response? No phone calls? What just hope you have a GM connection via twitch or something? Absurd

Because if the appeal overturns the account action, then not only does the black mark get removed from your account, but you can also ask to be compensated for the time you lost.

They send an e-mail to the registered e-mail account. Check your spam/junk folders.

Also, when you submit an appeal ticket, there is usually a reason or snippet of what you are banned for.

Never has been for account appeals. Only tickets.

When they get to your appeal, they will respond. All tickets get a response.

Never has been for account appeals. Only tickets.

Correct. This line of tripe is extremely absurd. We don’t deal with conspiracy theories or wild Twitch/Reddit speculation in here.

There was no reason given for the ban simply disruptive gameplay

And yes Twitter and Twitch lead to far faster response times. I know numerous people that posted on Twitter and immediately got support.

Live chat and phone calls aren’t even available for any option

I’m going to lock this one up as I want to provide what clarification I can, and I imagine the back and forth is likely to go off the rails before I can finish.

Just to cover this… at no point in our history was live chat or the phone number used for appeals. Even if they were currently available, you would not submit an appeal there.

The point of an appeal is to catch the occasional mistake that may happen when applying an account action, so that the record on the account can be cleared, assuming an error is found.

We try to get to everyone as quickly as we can, but unfortunately response times vary,

Sorry if the category is not as transparent as it could be. Most things that don’t fall under a naming or chat violation, but aren’t part of cheating/botting/exploitation, can sometimes get lumped under game disruption.

To answer your question on what you did, it would be option 1 from your ticket. Keep in mind, we don’t look into what associations you may or may not have with each player, nor would we have any idea what third party channels you may be in with them. We look at events and chat.

Your appeal will be answered as soon as it can be and the matter reviewed.

Edit: I can definitely see how this was started though. In the future, it might be best not to troll your group.
