The ban was removed and the “account action reversed” but the item is gone. Considering I received a response shortly after the last thread, perhaps this one will expedite things so I’m not waiting another 2 days for my item?

Nope, this is not a shortcut for the ticketing system.

Vrak has nothing to do with the reply time. There isn’t any bypass to the ticket system and you have to wait until you’re in front of the line.

You received a response because a Game Master pulled your ticket, in the order it was received based on the priority of the ticket. Not because you posted here.
If you reopen your ticket it will be treated with priority, and a Game Master will look into the request.
