look like blizz haven’t fix this issue yet, trying worldsoul memory yesterday and today with 5x radian echo but i only got 35 and 39 coffer key shard, but other player in the same team got 200+ shard

Can we get a blue post to respond to this or a community manager? This is not acceptable. We should not be receiving an AI response. We should be getting our mats returned to us or compensated for the coffer keys. 14 days since this bug has been reported and still no word from Blizzard. Keep making tickets everyone until this is fixed and we receive an response.

Total BS. Twice in a row, used 5 and got bugged and got 37 shards. First time had score of 800+, second 1000+. WTF. How is this bug still in the game?

This has happened to me 3 times. Zero response from our small indie company, go figure. Not like we pay to play a bug free game or get a simple response from customer service.

Also 2 attempts in full raids, where some where getting the full 5x, and I always get screwed on my 5x. They get 225+ key fragments where as I only get 30. Can we please get recompense and can you fix the problem?

Me and RL buddy joined a raid yesterday and i got a score of 800ish and got only 37. Meanwhile my buddy showed up late and he ended with like 300ish and got like 230 coffer shards.

Yeah I got the exact same response. I wish a community manager or developer would at least acknowledge that there is an issue. I fear more people will make the same mistake because no warning has been provided to the player base. Which means blizzard customer service is just going to keep receiving tickets.
How is this still an issue? I thought there was notification that it was resolved this reset? Yet every time I join a group with 5 echoes I only receive 36 coffer key shards, whilst everyone else gets over 200. What is going on here? Do I really have to do this 5 times with 1 echo every week?

This happened to me Saturday so I put in a ticket and basically was told “yeah we know about it but that’s another department so get owned noob”
They fixed a different bug, not the screw up with only getting the 1 echo reward.

the problem with that, is most people doing the 5x are only getting 1x rewards atm. Lots of misinformation is going around on getting the 5x rewards as well like group dropping and other nonsensical stuff. Please fix and repay those that have been screwed by this.

As I said, there were actually two bugs and they fixed one but not the bug giving players the x1 reward when they actually used x5 echoes.
can confirm this is still happening, we were just in a raid of about 20 and despite using 5 echos and getting a score of around 700 we each got 36 coffer key shards and 63 valor stones

just used 5 radiant echoes and only got 36 shards. wth???
Submitted a ticket for this as well.
I want my 4 radiant echo back as I only got 36 shards for using 5x =(

Just adding my frustration to this, it’s still happening. 800 points in a Worldsoul and 36 shards earned. Unbelievable.

Did a x5 today, scored 450, only got back x35 coffer key shards, 
being punished for trying to play the game feels great

Raised a ticket got a we cant help you response even after linking this thread. Guess we just need to wait until their stealth fix it and don’t use your echos till then. Absolutely disgraceful
