Can confirm this happened to me also last week. Used 5 Radiant Echoes but only got like 30 shards

Just had this happen to me; leader was spamming to leave group early to avoid the bug, but I doubt that changed anything.

Mine were both 5x Radiant Souls version for Worldsoul Memory: The Worldcarvers. It was done last week (before reset) and once again, today (after reset) and i did it in a raid group. Everyone gotten 5x the amount I did, only me and another guy ended the event with 35 coffer shard (everyone else averaging 178~).
GM suggested I post it here, but I hardly see how this is going to address the issue. Even if they did somehow figure out what is causing the in-game error, it still doesnât compensate us accordingly! And as a solo player, itâs quite disparaging to have your hard earned restored keys pried from my dead cold hands -_-

Happened to every single person in our 30ish man raid group. I was in the top âRadiant Discordâ difficulty. Every single person got 35 shards with 800ish points.

Can I get my Radiant Echoes back for this bug if I submit a ticket? Like everyone else I put in for 5X and got 35 shards.

you guys have to remember - this is a small indie company. itâs not like they make billions of dollars or have hundreds of devs. both fixing bugs and refunding mats would be way too difficult for a company with such limited resources.

This is ridiculous. They have nerfed Zekvir providing vault rewards now too which means that you will have to do your tier 8 vaults most likely without bountiful keys. Itâs ridiculous that we havenât gotten response from blizzard concerning this bug. Time played downs not equal fun. Blizzard please acknowledge this bug.

This bug is still occurring as of 10/10. Many of the raid members said they only got rewards for 1 shard despite using 5, myself included.
We were in Reign of the Old Gods Memory in Southern Hallowfall.

How is this still an issue after, what looks to be weeks? I just got hit with this bug, used x5 radiant echoes in a raid group and all members got 180+ shards except two of us who received 35.
My mistake for playing the game I guess. Time to save future radiant echoes till they patch this

This happened to me again today, twice. Spent 10 radiant echos and got about 60 coffer key shards and 100 valorstones in total. Very disappointing that they havenât fixed this yet.
