I lost 10 radiant echoes also. Still super peeved about it. I’m set back like 4-5 bountiful keys to a bug and there is still no word about a fix or refund.

Got a response back to my ticket:
"Hey there,
It is our understanding that you recently completed one or more Worldsoul Memory events and did not receive the expected amount of Coffer Key Shards according to the score obtained in the event.
We can confirm the developers are investigating two issues with this event at the moment based on player reports but they have not yet confirmed either bug:
5 Radiant Echoes are taken to enter the 5 Radiant Echoes Worldsoul Memory event, but the Worldsoul Memory event provides the rewards of 1 Radiant Echo being used to enter the 1 Radiant Echo Worldsoul Memory event
Entering the 5 Radiant Echoes Worldsoul Memory event correctly may take 9 Radiant Echoes to be available which will be taken from your character
I am sorry that you have been affected by these issues and did not receive the expected amount of Coffer Key Shards.
Customer Services regret that we will not be able to provide Radiant Echoes, Coffer Key Shards, Restored Coffer Keys or suggested alternatives with apologies. It will be up to the developers to determine how to address the issues with this event when they have finished investigating the received reports. We would recommend holding off from attempting to do this event for now and monitoring upcoming hotfixes and patch notes for this event being addressed."
looks like they wont be refunding items or correcting the rewards, and look to the dev team to solve.

Feels opposite effect imo.
I’m about ready to quit wow for this expac.
Saving all those radiant echoes and then losing them like that sets me pretty far behind.

I guess we won’t get re-imbursed and have to do all radiant echo’s 1 by 1 now until they figure it out? Scared to do x5’s to lose more.
Last response I got, and I can only now mark the issue as resolved as I guess they dont want me to keep asking questions about it anymore…

Regarding your issue, we would love to thank you for submitting the bug report, and as for the moment, note that once our Developers team receives the report, they can test the issue and attempt to recreate it. If they are able to replicate the bug and pinpoint the cause of it, they will send their information over to the Development team. From there, they can correct any issues within the code that need fixing, and then you’ll see that reflected in patch notes or bug fix blog posts.

Something similar is happening to me for the Mythic difficulty. I click the button to enter, my entire screen goes orange and pink, and before I can take 2 steps forward, I’m immediately kicked out of the worldsoul memory event. I don’t even get to attack anything.
I lose my 5 radiant echoes, and am given a flat 200 x valorstones and 100 x coffer key shards. This has happened twice now in two different zones.
I don’t think I’ll bother doing these anymore since I’m not getting a chance really, and it seems like there will be no compensation from blizzard.

This happened to me today, first time I’ve done a x5. for over 400 score, others in group got 200+ shards, after the 5 mins were up i got another time and was able to continue for like 30s, then kicked out and got 35 shards. Should I be putting a ticket in? Would I actually get anything?
Yeah just got this bug a few minutes ago.
Joined a raid to try and boost my rewards and used 5x radiant echoes and got over 400 score and my reward for that was 51 valorstones and 31 coffer key shards.
I then used my remaining echo and got over 200 score and my reward was 45 valorstones and 29 key shards.
I think it is the raid that is bugging it out for me because previous solo attempts have rewarded me with 170+ valorstones and 60+ shards for 1x echoes and 5x echoes have rewarded me with 260+/80+.
So 5x echoes is looking to be bugged.
I have had this bug 3 times and wont be doing the event again. Bug has been reported 3 weeks ago and zero fix. This expansion is such a flop, basically a beta test for paying customers. You think a company this size could fix a simple bug.

Just had this happen as well. Joined a raid, got a score of around 800-ish. Some folks in the raid got 200+ shards. Most got 35 or so (including me).
I then did the event again spending 1 shard (my last) and got 35 again.
Really wish I knew this bug was a thing before burning my echoes, this sucks.

Still seems to be behaving this way. Got 800 pts in raid, but got only 63 valorstones and 36 coffer key shards after burning 5 echos.

I don’t even have the options to spend 5 or 10 radiant echoes, even though I already did the introductory quest and spent 1 radiant echo in each worldsoul memory event.
I am about to reach 20 radiant echoes, without ever having the chance to spend more than 1
Got 35 shards from a score of 500+, was in a raid.
its still bugged. ive “lost” over 30 coffer keys at this point. absurd

The WORST part of this bug is they havent turned off the worldsoul memory event until they fix the bug which means the bugged accounts just fall behind while other people get their 225 shards and zoom ahead in gear. its the very definition of UNFAIR
This is still happening, most of the raid group I was in only received around 35ish Coffer Key Shards.

Just happened to me and a coupe of people in the raid group I was in. Some folks got ~180 shards, some of us got 35. Me included.
