if you enjoy having a collection… then guess what, getting means to add to that collection that bypasses rng… is a GOOD THING. you are NOT making your case at all

well first of all, it devalues the collection because it is so easy to obtain
secondly, it will decrease the population of players that log into wow on a regular basis because they will only sub for the Remix patches.
- no it doesn’t. please. I beg of you… stop assigning value to thing solely based on whether someone else has it or not. you will feel much happier when you value things for their own things.
- no it doesn’t. it increases population of players coming back into the game and playing because now they have an opportunity to obtain something in addition to just playing the game.
you seem to be under impression that people ONLY play the game to collect digital pixels even if they don’t enjoy it otherwise. maybe some people do and I genuinely feel bad for them, because life is far too short to spend it on playing games you don’t like when there are so many fun things you could be doing instead. but someone who plays this game for the variety of content it offers? is NOT going to stop playing that content.
let me put it to you this way. Blizzard is NOT doing this to decrease population of players subbing to game. BLizzard is doing it because they want to get people who are unsubbed - to resub.

I read this… and got excited because we were getting world bosses as mounts… my disappointment that I cannot ride the Sha of Anger is infinite.
I don’t know, a fresh account with barely any achievement points, trying to convince people that somehow the game will suddenly lose a bunch of people to wait for wod remix to obtain a world boss mount…
and that somehow these mounts which I have all off and were given increase drop rates will be trivialized… the mounts u don’t have any of

My wife has 923 mounts, including all these MoP ones, and she was excited that I could finally get the MoP mounts. I’ve been hunting that stupid Jade Dire Horn since MoP and never saw it. I’ve gotten enough slate Dire Horns to make a large herd, but Jade eludes me to this day. I don’t know how other people playing in Remix and earning bronze to buy a mount that someone else got by pure chance somehow makes that person’s lucky roll meaningless. Its like winning $100 million in the lottery after buying 1 ticket and then getting mad that someone else dared earned $100 million at their company over 50 years.
