Wont let me xfer servers cause of mail?

I understand that you are only here to answer the forum and guide us. But it is unfortunate that this kind of thing happens, it is a 15 year old game and you are not an indie company.

I Hope it can be solved. I will not pay $25 for such a nasty mail bug :disappointed:

One has nothing to do with the other. The age of the game coupled with it’s expansion has made the game a whole lot bigger than it was 15 years ago. The game is actually 18 years old. Size and age don’t protect you from issues.

For clarification, what happens is some quests will send mail to the user once the quest has been completed. The mail itself is set to show up in the mailbox for the player to receive usually within 24-72 hours for most of those quests. That is what prevents the transfers. You technically have mail, even if you are not currently able to retrieve it. It is the current functionality of how it works, and not considered a bug.

I am sorry that this pending mail prevented you from transferring. The best we can suggest is to submit a ticket to see if our Support staff can help.

Can you help Jennknight and soulair as well both have been trying to transfer and both have the mail issue. all other characters from their accounts have transfer except those two. they have been trying since yesterday around 6 am central time.

Sorry for necro’ing. I currently can’t really play on Grobbulus due to the queue of several hours and the game thinks I have mail, when I don’t. I’ve xferred all other relevant characters off server, and this character is my main and the only one that’s bugged. Please help so I can play the game :frowning:
