Has anyone come across this? I can hearth to my garrison and be fine, then when I go to my shipyard and then come back, my castle is gone as well as everything else except the ppl. After getting my last follower, I hearthed back and now I just fall thru the earth then get disconnected. I try to get back into the game with my toon and same thing, falling disconnection etc… never ending loop. If anyone has some suggestions please let me know. I tried to do the stuck thing but that option doesnt come up for me…
A couple actually.
First, I’d use the stuck character service.

Next, a proper reset UI.
With WoW shut down, rename, move or delete your WTF, Cache and Interface folders.

I believe that the phasing with Garrisons is a wee bit messed up right now. I went to my friend’s Garrison on Saturday and it kept flipping back and forth between the Level 3 version and the Level 1 version and just the empty field.
It might be an issue with phasing in general and if so, there’s a higher chance it’ll get looked at and fixed soon.

Id also avoid flying north from the garrison its known to get u DC

I should not have tried to use my outhouse. All the snow around and the missing buildings and buried NPCs should have been warning enough, but no, I had to push it.
This happens to me as well as I zone out and zone in; I log out and back in and the building are back. I’m assuming it’s a bug.

Yep looks like it. If I do that I get my L3 garrison but it looks like someone dumped 5 feet of snow on it. The heads of the NPC’s are sticking out.
IDK about my Garrison “going missing”, but the WoD Garrisons (Alliance ones in Lunarfall, in particular) have been glitchy, for awhile, now, years even. Exiting/Entering (on the ground) of your Level 1 Garrison, from the north end constantly DCs you. Logging back in just DCs you, again. Using the character stuck option fixes it, sometimes, but I have continued to DC even using the character stuck option.
Entering (haven’t had it happen, when I exit, yet, only entering) my Level 1 or 2 Garrison (by ground), I freeze and DC. Re-enter just to DC. Use Character stuck option and hope for the best.
The character stuck option can only be used once every four hours. There’s a timer/limit on it. You can unstuck a character you’re not even playing.
I’d continue to post about all of the WoD Garrison issues in the Bug forums. With as much details as you can. Maybe one day, the WoD Garrisons will be fixed.
My “workaround” is “flying in/out” via FPs and haven’t had an issue, yet. I fear using the ground level of the WoD Garrison area. I get nothing but problems.

I’d flown in on a taxi from Vol’jin’s Pride, to a snowy hole with NPCs wandering around and the roof of the lumber mill.

Hi, the stuck character service doesn’t work. It just sits there loading (for over an hour now). Both in browser and in-game (on another character).
What should I do. Nothing else has worked.
Have u tried a different browser and clearing ur cache and cookies.

I’m experiencing the same issue as Gentletide.
Before I cleared my in-game Cache, it was stuck loading. After I cleared my in-game Cache (and a full UI reset), it’s still stuck loading.
On my browers via “Duck Duck Go” & “Chrome” it’s stuck loading. IDK where to “clear cookies” on “Duck Duck Go” but clearing the cookies on “Chrome” still gives me the same problem of being stuck on the loading screen.

I’ve tried different browser, logging out and back in, mobile browser, incognito, clearing cache and cookies, trying it both in-game (as well as in browser), and the list goes on.
I don’t mean to be rude but when I say I’ve tried all options Blizzard officially gives me, I mean it lol. I’ve been very thorough.
I just submitted a “quest issue” ticket. in hopes I don’t get punished for it (even though it did happen because I took a fast travel service via a quest), because their dedicated service for this is broken.
I want to make sure I’m posting my concern in the right area. IDK if “Tech Support” is correct 'cause it wouldn’t be a “Bug” I don’t think…

It has been posted in bugs, too. It´s in a few places. I think Bug and tech issue are both appropriate, as long as it gets seen. They overlap a lot.

Someone (player not a blue) from Tech Support just said the usual to “just submit a ticket”. I don’t need a character to be unstuck. I was just testing to see if I get the constant loading, as you did, and I am.
So, but IK you’re already doing that still though. Anyway, we should really just have this in its appropriate thread, since it’s a different topic than “Missing Garrison”.

If you have an Ogre portal in your Mage tower, go into it and then use the portal to come back. The portals work fine and your Garrison will be as good as new.
I believe it’s fixed:
It took maybe 10 secs (at most) to load and pulled up all my characters to “unstuck”. Browser version.
