Heyo! I got scammed twice in a week and reported it this last week, since the update goes live soon will I get informed on those if action was taken? Or is it going forward from then on?

Scam reports are different from reports made through the right click report option. In a Scam report you are reporting an individual player for scamming you in-game through our ticket system. In those situations our staff looks into the claim and will take any actions appropriate if a scam is verified, but no, they will not provide additional information.
The Right Click report option should provide general notification if one of your reports resulted in action taken. Those violations are generally for spam, inappropriate language/subject matter, toxicity, etc.
