I know pallies need this, you know it. But there are too many people who got 1 shot that one time in arena and fully believe pallies are broken good and should be urinated on because of their bad experience.
Pony sucks. It sucks hard. They need an instant movement ability and for their damage profile to be way way less bursty.
Well all of that is being fixed. Sustained is being increased and burst decreased.
Well then pallies should get the same treatment. They should have never lost pursuit of justice or long arm of the law, I really liked running fast.
I’ve got news, no, they’re not. As a DK player, no, we are not slower than Paladins by far.
So you’re going to say DA doesn’t count as a gap closer, wraith walk doesn’t count as a gap closer, but FREEDOM does?

I seriously cannot stand Holy Power as a whole. It’s such a cumbersome clunky mechanic. The whole 0/5 talent doesn’t help either by forcing you to watch another timer. All while trying to balance out thresholds and whatnot. It’s such an annoying play style imo.
And then Prot needing 3 holy power to ress. Thanks Blizz. It’s generates fast, but seriously? It’s a long arsed cooldown.

The prob is that hp generators have historically hit like wet pasta, and that’s being addressed too so we’ll see

I only really dislike it in Holy, where your Holy generators are all on cooldown routinely and you try to save Bell for dangerous situations rather than DPS throughput.
It’s like when I need Word of Glory the most I have zero means to generate the Holy Power, or I’m sitting on cooldowns. Cooldowns that may very likely require 2+ GCD’s and now I’m choosing whether or not I should Holy Light instead.
Then feeling like Holy Shock has to perpetually be on CD for healing alone. Penance feels nothing like that.
Ret Paladin is just gimmick burst, and more specifically on topic, terrible mobility (in PvE). Horse needs a redesign.

This isn’t Shadowlands anymore. Stupid pony only lasts a couple of seconds, is on GCD, has no other benefits attached to it, has no knockback or forced movement protection, offers no snare/root/etc protection. Freedom is on the GCD, which means that’s two entire globals you’re throwing out for a very short burst of movement.
Oh, and they increased its actual cooldown for some reason too.
