Ok first Wind Walkers if something isnât working and your following the guides from wowhead or icy veins Public Service Announcement. They are wrong for DPS in my opinion. Test different builds till you find one that is better. Cause iâm a mythic runner for fun and I can do dps with 130k over all in a dungeon.

I also donât like it. Donât get me wrong, though, I do think itâs better than the covenant style version we have now.
However, I just donât like the snakes and I donât like the fact that this ability is still semi-randomly drawing patterns on the ground. Can we just have predictable s*** to work with? Why is this ability required to have random patterns drawn on the ground?
Adding RNG to the size, shape, and drawing of the ability doesnât make it more fun to me, I just find it needlessly unpredictable.
Again, I do think it at least looks good and certainly better than the covenant crap. I guess Iâm just⊠disappointed.
Iâll focus on the positive. Itâs green.

If youâve found things that work better and have the data to prove itâs not just anecdotal then youâre more than welcome to bring it up in the Monk discord. I always make changes to the guides as new and better information become available.
130k doesnât feel all that high though, but it would depend on gear and difficulty.

Yet another tuning patch, but this time we got a buff, so we should be looking good right?
Nope. A 6% aura buff equates to real damage increase just shy of 5%. This puts our end gear BIS setup at 225k dps. Guess what the next worst simming spec is doing? Thats right, 226k.
So essentially, windwalker has gotten buffs, and now it has gone from the worst ST spec to, thats right, the worst ST spec. Great buffs!

Monk has and always will be my favorite Class to play, but itâs horribly unenjoyable and down right sad that Blizzard has refused to acknowledge this class. Blanket âX%â damage increases just prove the lack of interest/knowledge of it. WW Monks have historically been the worse scaling class, and have had no real updates in many expacs. The fact that Feline stomp continues to be a choice weâre forced to take is a travesty. No one enjoys that ability nor does it really provide anything towards the class itself.
Xuen should have been on the tier âCDâ reduction in this recent patch, and again the lack of knowledge or care towards a class/spec shines again. WW is given blanket, basic tier changes with no really gameplay differences or the sense of getting stronger. Pay attention to the spec or hire someone who can.

See that is why I want it to be animated like Enh Shaman Sunder. Just a straight line skill shot that rips the earth up with a stomp.
None of this random curls away from the mobs Iâm trying to hit with it. And for the love of Xuen, please make the debuff stick to targets like Bonedust Brew does. This way we donât have panic when the tank moves or the boss makes us move.
This is hilarious coming from a guy that stoped WW maining again since things get tough. This is what your 3rd time abandoning the WW community when things are not going well for WW?
Letâs see in Legion it was leaving WW to progress raid on DH because it was higher dps and easier to play. Then you left WW to progress on druid. Then you came back for start of Dragonflight but now left and are progress raiding on Feral Druid. So yeah 3 times now you have left the community youâre the self proclaimed leader of WW but you main other toons because it got hard⊠every time⊠thatâs a leader I know, I want to follow. The guy who quits when it gets tough.

not like i wanna defend that guy since i dont give a crap, but i dont see your point here, if one spec is doomed what do you expecet fom that player ? to stick with that class ?, and never get invited to any m+ ? because letâs be hones the community of wow knows that ww is trash, tier lists exists and every single one of the has ww at the bottom, or at least get a spot on a raiding guild ?, man if youâre doing mythic and getting those CE the might bring you when that boss is a farming boss, not when youâre progressing on that boss, because most likely you wont meet the dmg need it to kill the bossm if someone plays another toon as a main, why would you care i donât get it at all

Are you attacking me because I said I will update my guides if new information comes out? Iâm confused what I did wrong in the post you responded to, or anywhere on here recently.
I am enjoying playing Feral more than I enjoy playing Windwalker right now, Iâm not sure what Iâm doing wrong.
