Oh I’m in the wrong forum. Wish the classic blues interacted with us over there like this. Then again the classic forum is kind of crazy.

Out of the 1000’s of posts about real issues and broken mechanics/design, this is the one you were told to post in? You have no idea how horrible that feels to the customer.
You realize if they had anything they could share they would share it. It’s not like they’re ignoring you.

They are not developers. They are community managers, i.e. they manage the forum communities. What do you suggest they do, make up things?
