I server transferred a month ago, into Whitemane, in order to join my current guild. Normally, there’s a 90 day cooldown on server transfers. With the “free character move” that was just announced, will the 90-day cooldown prevent people like me from doing the character move?

Yes I am affected by this on Whitemane as well, Blizz please respond.

Yes. Blue confirmed there is no cooldown on the free transfer, and it does not interact with the paid transfer cooldown.
