The game isn’t going anywhere brother. The person at 60 has more options than the person at 45 who is just trying to level.
Um… that’s 10 weeks champ.
Yes we all ran everything, when allowed time to play the game. Everything wasn’t released super fast like this, and difference of opinions are not lying or liars.
That was the current online numbers. 41% of the players online were 60, weeks ago.
Listen I am not going to disparage you, but I would like to know what your server Population is before taking that 41% number as factual stat.
I believe you have in the 10,000-15,000 range of players and I believe if looked into the player base that are indeed 60 is the minority.
8.3 is some time off… gotta keep those subs going somehow.
No, you are liars. This is about pirate server players worrying that people will ditch Classic if it isn’t propped up by Artificial means to keep them playing.
You instinctively know that Classic once it’s been out for a few years will shed players and keep new players from coming in due how dungeons and raids work. It’s a fundamental flaw of Vanilla content.
altho it would be interesting to see how far/fast people can clear content without months of gear farming in between phases.
I think it will be pretty common for guilds to clear raids the day they come out (at least BWL/ZG). AQ40 might take a couple resets but Naxx is probably the only one that might still be a problem
I ran Scholo last night with my guild for my Felcloth bag. We were on Discord with our raid geared main tank and it was brutal. We don’t need a bunch of content released we need people to run the content we have except not “LFM R3ND RUNS EVERY THING RESERVED” garbage play.
this really captures why there shouldn’t be any rush, there’s a fair bit of 60 content out there that people can’t find groups for, LBRS has a crapton of quests and good luck finding an UBRS group now. Live and Dead, Sholo, zone quests, and so on.
I would have to argue that until Nov 27th the game hasn’t been out for 3months, and definitely not over 3 months.
then your argument would be flawed because you are twisting it to suit your own agenda…12 weeks is 3 months…
and regardless of the time frame, the fact remains that They are going to have to release phases quickly or lose players… there is only so much a week you can raid, so to keep those players they have to give them content.
The people who are not 60 are not effected by the release other then making it possible to buy the BoE’s that drop from the new raids.
instead of complaining, find a guild that is on the same leveling track as you, and do the content as you see fit.
Firstly, that’s not my server. That’s about one of five that I checked to see the level demographics.
The lowest I checked were the two dead servers, Felstriker and Sul’thraze. They both had about 20-25% of the people online at the time being level 60.
Herod was the highest, 41% for Alliance and 39.54% for Horde. Heartseeker was 34.49%. These were all taken 17 days ago and the numbers will probably be roughly the same, as plenty of those 60’s are now leveling alts.
Half the active playerbase on some servers likely has a level 60 by now.
No idea where you are going, I never played private servers… Ive been playing the same toons since 2006 with a few un subs in the middle.
People will come and go as they always do, my only concern is pushing out content to fast killing the game.
then your argument would be flawed because you are twisting it to suit your own agenda…12 weeks is 3 months…
Dude I don’t know what world you live in but the game wont be out for 3months until Nov 27th. You need to stop smoking whatever it is you are, or go seek a 3rd grade teacher to show you the differences on months
12weeks does not equal 3 months. Sorry.
Aug 27th Release Date
Sept 27th - 1 Month
Oct 27th- 2 Months
Nov 27th -3 months
Today being Nov 11th, does not put us past 3 months in the game. It puts us at 11 weeks but even then, thats just almost 2 1/2 months pal.
Um… that’s 10 weeks champ.
actually its 11

How are you getting that AddOn to work?
My Census AddOn stopped working weeks ago when Blizzard changed the API.
Ok, well with that said surley more ppl have joined and hit 60 also, will it kill you to allow a few weeks for others to also hit 60 and cross that 50% threshold?
More 60s the better for newer content!
People will come and go as they always do, my only concern is pushing out content to fast killing the game.
It didn’t kill the game in 2005 or 2006. There wasn’t even a guild in the entire world that killed Ragnaros before Dire Maul released in Vanilla. There were magnitudes fewer guilds that cleared MC before BWL released in Vanilla than there is now.
The playerbase as a whole is FAR more progressed than they were at the same point in Vanilla. Look around Ironforge, that’s all you need to do.
actually its 11
So that’s still not 3 months at all, pal. It’s just over 2. How are we over 3 months into the game? Do you know what a month is and a week is? You know they’re different too right?
Is Nov 27th the 4th month of this game being out?
If 4 weeks = 1 month then why do we only have 12 months a year and not 13…
Yes you are correct! I want to relive vanilla, you apparently just want to race through classic.
We have a difference of what the game means to us, I want to enjoy it and adventure. You want to conquer it!
Ok, well with that said surley more ppl have joined and hit 60 also, will it kill you to allow a few weeks for others to also hit 60 and cross that 50% threshold?
Why does the majority have to be 60? The majority of players that started playing WoW in Vanilla started long after the game released. Why does the playerbase now have to be more progressed than they were in Vanilla before content released?
Why do you have this retail mentality where everyone needs to catch up and see the content?
