It says nothing, neither that there are elves joining up, or that no one has joined up yet. There’s nothing solid anyone can point to, and that leaves them free to either show off their plan down the line, or actually figure out all the specifics of what they will do.

Undead high elves decay as much as any race. “Pretty” undead high elves only exist because they were turned into a specific undead unit. This unit is a class, either death knights or the dark rangers. Silvanas class is Dark Ranger.
As for Lorash. He’s a special case too, as we met him alive and we see his undead body shortly after as he has been revived by Val’kyrs. He’s not an undead helf from the sunwell’s fall.
