He was referred to here by his username on a popular chatting platform, as it was fairly common in said platform. His username happened to be his real life name apparently. After clarification, his username part was edited out, apologies were offered, both publicly and privately, a GM was even contacted to ensure nothing wrong was done and, in fact, the GM replied back stating that, no, in this case they didn’t consider any sensible data was revealed, but suggested sticking to his character name.
That’s really the whole “personal info leak” debacle.
I find this hard to believe because like the rest of us you clearly care enough to always post about stuff and you are currently focusing and targeting Lann. I mean I would never say you and me get along or whatever but I thought you were better than this type of stuff.
Leaving out the various people who have piled on after the fact and kept posting it well after it was known he didn’t appreciate it. Nice whitewashing though.
I understand them just fine. You just want to see stuff that isn’t actually there.
A few others have done it on purpose since, even if your use of his name was accidental, which I doubt, others seem to have been encouraged to use it too.
I’m an actual friend of his, and use the name Lann on and off the forums, so I just don’t believe any of the people consistently attacking him are just innocently using his real name on the forums.
Yeah, like how he blamed me for doing it on purpose after I stated it was an accident, and even edited out ASAP when I realised my mistake. Yeah, everything is done on purpose for someone who acts like he is the victim in attacks when he creates the attacks.

Same principle here… the Wayfarers are -as per Danuser´s own words- free to either join or not. The Velves simply aren´t restricting the access to their “research” and will accept anyone that wants to join; however they won´t demand an exclusivity clause while at it, period.
Those Helves and Belves may very well take the info and say “tyty, byebye!!”.

Also leaving out the part where he bumped 50 old threads specifically replying to year old posts at the same person and others he took issue with (establishing and implying he does have a problem with individuals including the individual whose name he “accidentally” stated and left up for hours as he defended his right to do so on the forums), or the fact he never called on or off the forums me by anything other than this character name.
Or the fact people connected with him followed it up doing it several more times like you pointed out yeah. Though I see you accounted for that one.
I’m not blaming the situation what occurred afterwards but how it originated. We all can agree that RL leaks/harassment should never happen and be punished. However, I haven’t seen a single post here the past half hour what was the cause of this.
If you guys really haven’t recognized it yet, things are on a repeat. I’m sorry if I disappoint some people here but there was no real reason to force this new antagonized agenda down the throat. I wish I wouldn’t have brought this topic up but I rather risk losing this forum account and asking the person in question why they can’t just stop before not being honest with them.
