I’m a casual who doesn’t care if I am outgear cause I don’t spend my time doing hardcore rated or mythics. Those that do should be ahead of the casual. I do not want a participation trophy just cause I play. Screw that, if you don’t have time to be hardcore that’s a personal problem or like me just don’t wanna spend my time doing that and I still have fun and love playing when I do

Ah, I missed that you said exclusive POWER rewards, lol. my bad on that. And that’s kind of the whole point, progressively harder content rewards progressively better gear.
No, it’s not. I know plenty of mythic raiders that at the start of tiers are required to run multiple high level m+ and rated PvP in order to supplement gear drops. Heck, even a lot of casual heroic and mythic raid teams strongly encourage raiders to get in at least a +15 dungeon done weekly. And for that matter, are you seriously saying that only world first matters?
Competitive and the highest i-level in the game are two different things. You’re advocating for the best gear in the game to be awarded by doing the easiest and most faceroll content available, albeit time gated. And yes, max level titanforged gear briefly existed. It went away. And good riddance.
Those matter, but at the same time, as more time passes more people should catch up in ilvl. The mythic raiders get the best gear no matter what. So they will get gear the fastest, but it doesn’t mean other players can take more time and eventually reach those power levels especially for the final patch. In other games its like a 5 ilvl difference from top tier challenge gear being bis but only by a few points. In wow right now the power gap is supposed to be like 1% for each ilvl. So this patch will have a 40% gap plus bis itemization usually in raids/mythic plus anyway. The same ilvl doesn’ tmean bis. Raid and mythic plus trinets most times will be better anyway.
He’s just not understanding that world quests are designed with fresh 60’s in mind. They serve a purpose and that’s to grab a little bit of gear so that your guild can carry you through heroic lol.

Do you honestly believe that you’re going to struggle in that content with the gear that you have? You could take half of it off and be fine. This stuff is designed as a quick catchup for fresh 60’s. It was never meant to be an endgame gearing system. You could have picked up your ilvl by like 5 if you had spent the time it took to make all these posts and spent it on keys or a raid pug.

Hey guys here’s a new “exciting” zone! Your gonna come here get minimal if any story or lore development and do nothing but mindlessly complete daily quests/world quests with no story reasoning.
We won’t be adding a new dungeon or a new story just a bunch of battle pets and toys you can farm “rares” which we will highlight on your map destroying any sense of discovery and also put them on 10 minute respawn timers but we assure you they are “rare”.

Absolutely, go ahead and get better rewards so you have that higher i-level. All you have to do is the content that rewards it. Everyone has access to the best gear in the game.
