That means they are still not “natural”. Ultimately, every playable race is a child of the titans. Including the orcs and most likely draenei.
That would be a reason to give Evoker to all races, only that they would start where evokers start as a part of the lore that, like their father, could acquire any humanoid form, only that their dragon appearance would be part of their class, not a racial like the evoker.
just like the Drakthyr would have acquired other classes and the Dragon transformation of him would not help to be an evoker, but he would obtain some powers such as the use of racial mount.
However, I don’t know what the hell Blizzard did to make an EXTREMELY SELFISH race and class? how was the Domination gems in 9.1
It’s really something that I hate this expansion along with the lore where it has no context to what we needed to see more in the Warcraft RTS, and where the Evoker really wasn’t the caster hero class we needed.
“from the lifeblood of my living planet” is about as natural as it gets when your fantasy world doesn’t make room for traditionally natural causes for life.
In fact, nothing is natural since they took advantage of the gnome genre by not really being a female dragon like a female gnome, and yet now she(heh… pronouns) is just a body2 gnome.
But the fact is that Blizzard didn’t take any effort to make a race cringe that is any reptile but a dragon, worse dinosaur.
And the point is without the titans none of the races could exist. The taurens,vulpera,trolls are as alien as any of the titan forged.
Orcs are way to cool, Dracthyr couldn’t handle it.

I’m not sure how you can even make this claim with an implicitly straight face.
So I’m going to assume you’re trolling. Even by your own admission, they are many times removed from titan design.
The blatant hatred for my people, Orcs, is not entirely undeserved, We did come to this world as conquering monsters, our veins pumping with demonic blood and rage but let’s not sit here and think everyone is the same. Humans and Elves may took down on us but their own hands are not so clean of blood either. No one’s is in reality. And I for one, do not blame anyone for it. It is but the way of the world.
That being said, time’s change, we are not those monsters anymore, in fact, not for a long time. And I think we’ve done a lot to redeem ourselves by helping out in the protection of Azeroth as a whole against the scourge, the legion, old gods and so on. Would you rather of faced these terrors without us?
And yes I did made an RP’esque answer to this and I will not apologize for it. Orcs have always been my favorite.

There’s been enough changes to the lore recently that it’s no longer 100% set in stone that Azeroth is actually a titan world soul.
That is straight up false. The Mantid, Aqir, Quiraji, and Nerubians all predate the titanic ordering of Azeroth and had full on civilizations, and based off their biology, Azeroth had a surprisingly diverse climate prior to the arrival of the titans.
Even if it wasn’t. Azeroth was clearly the target of the Old Gods.
The entirety of Azeroth was an elemental hellscape and the biological matter came from the Old Gods. All of those races spawned from the Old Gods themselves.
Black Dragons my Orcish friend have members representing Draenor. 
They’re the coolest flight anyways, all the others stay Elves so they’re lame in my book.

Some of those Orc peons in the Valley of Trials are actually Dragons in disguise on holidays, poor taskmaster has no idea 
There is one? I saw one taken a form in The Obsidian Citadel. When both Sabellian and Wrathion were chatting near the Oathstone.
He did that to blend in with the orcs on Draenor. Originally was just an elf visage before he went bananas and made AU Draenor.
Part of it, i think, is what orcs have historically done to dragons. The other part of it is that orcs haven’t actually been around Azeroth for very long. The past 50 years i think? Dragons live for thousands of years and most dragons have long since had their visage picked out already.
Also, since the goal is sometimes blending in, better to pick a race that doesn’t age

Some of the dragons working with Sabellian are orcs. Saw a fem orc
I assume it’s probably been mentioned but at least one of Sabelians group has an orc Visage.
