Well seeing as what Orcs did to Alexstraza forcing her to breed, torturing her etc. kinda makes sense why.
Though some like Vaelastrasz in Black Rock Spire disguised themselves as an orc, but their forms are different than an orc outside of a disguise.

There are Dragons with Orc visage. Watch the ones landing in the various places as they take visage forms.

There are orc visages. There is a male orc at the obsidian throne and I believe a female orc visage that is one of Sabellian’s scouts.

one of the Black Dragons that came back from Outland along with Sabellian uses an Orc visage form, one of them also uses a Draenei visage form

Yeah, there’s that one, too. And it’s not just a “this is my temporary form” either, he’s always an orc. Probably true for the draenei one, too.

Orcs and Dragons don’t have the best of histories.
The Blackrocks made life miserable for all but the Black Flight, and Thrall shot the former, maddened Black Aspect with a laser beam.
There’s a very scant few, but it’s certainly not one of the favored visages.
Dragons have taken the form of orcs before, usually as a disguise among the Blackrock Clan.
It’s uncommon though among day to day use, they probably prefer elves due to their perceived highborn nature and ancient interactions between the two, If I use a particular form for two thousand years, I’ll probably be reluctant to change.
Sabellian has a few of them. One heads over to the Engineering station in Valdrakken all the time.

And frankly I’m being generous. It should just be Trolls, Elves, Dragons, Murlocs, and Goblins.
Funny, the one redeeming quality of the Black dragonflight is that none of them are elves.

Are you kidding me? There are several elf visages in the black dragonflight. There’s Evorian, Vazallia (sexy), Exadia and her sister who always stand right next to Sabellian.
