Wow, hurtful. It’s just that being an orc is an intensity that’s not easily imitated. Most dragons are wise enough to not even try.

I’d say it’s because dragons were native to Azeroth, not Draenor, and so are more familiar with elves, humans, gnomes, etc.
Ebonhorn lived in Highmountain and so took the form of a tauren. If there were dragons native to Draenor I’m sure their visage form would be orcish.
Would’ve been amazing if Sabellian came back using an orc visage form, having spent so much time in Outland.

it could also be that dragons are ancient beings and orcs have only been around for ~40 years.
I don’t know why they would try to look like any of us. If you can be a dragon, why would you be anything else ever?
Dragons are inherently Azerothian creatures, on that planet since basically the very beginning. They began taking visages long long before the alien invader tusk faces came. :3
It makes sense for Dragons, who habitually interact with mortals. Mortals tend to be adverse to approaching enormous carnivorous lizards. Further more, you can fit through doors and passageways. Otherwise I’d imagine a dragon would often find themself stuck out in the rain.
I don’t know why the Dracthyr have a visage. They’re not enormous. They’re just like…pretty tall.

Oddly… the black dragon that uses a draenei form has chosen to use an undead draenei (death knight) visage form.

There is the whole human origin story from wrath and the forge of iron that created the earthen/stone creations. Id expect bliz to let that writer guy retcon it with jailer did it.
I think it is done on an as-needed basis right now. At the end of the book “The Sundering” the red dragon Korialstrasz goes to Org to give Broxigar’s axe to Thrall and tell him of his heroism. He takes the form of an elderly Orc shaman.
Why would anyone intentionally choose to look like an orc?
Because they don’t want to turn into such a lesser creature.

Probably same reasons they don’t take Draenei form. We’re technically Aliens. Not native from Azeroth.
Dude, why on earth would you want to get into the head of an orc? Don’t get me wrong, I love me some Orcs. Hearing their grunts in combat is one of the most comforting things you can hear.
But I mean, come on, After trolls, I think an Orc head may be the scariest place to be in all of Azeroth.
