Why isn’t there a playable ogre race yet?

Why hasn’t the ogre been added into the game as a playable race yet? I would absolutely love being a big, bulky lard of amazingness. Ya, we got orcs and tauren as (big races) but it doesn’t hit the same as the big beautiful ogres that we all know and love, we need this in the game. :sob:

If not full Ogres, at least half Gnome half Ogres should be playable!

There is, they just changed the name to Kul’Tiran and no one plays them.

They would get played if they were on Horde. Everyone knows Alliance only want pretty races.

The fact ogres has canonically been members of the horde for longer than any of our allied races or even the belves/goblins is just an insult

They haven’t been designed and developed. Apparently, there are time, money and resource factors.

I remember when I was four years old and thought my parents had all the money in the world.

Because it’s bad enough playing a Tauren, and Ogres would be worse.

(I say as somebody who mained a Tauren for 15 years.)

Because ogres can’t be bigger than Tauren and they’d look goofy being tauren sized.

Many already are Tauren sized… in fact the “lore” accurate sizes are close to the Taurens… mind you the Tauren aren’t represented in game as the lore accurate size either though.

I assume it made sense in Cataylsm as we got enough focus on Ogres. :scroll::robot:

…although the Goblins were already close to the horde especially when they rebuild Orgrimmar. :hammer::robot:

Facts, I’m playing WLOD right now and I’m running it as a tauren and a lot of them are my size, I just found out there’s a toy that’s called kovork kostume (which I am after now) and that would be a perfect size and starting point to base the race off of.
