We got a document needed to be signed this morning before entering game and I got it in a language I don’t understand. I tried send it to Blizzard but when I typed in the problem it just took me to another page asking if I still needed help when pressing “Continue”.
How to get in touch with them without writing the problem several times?
You can’t get in touch with support because they are out of touch, as is Blizzard.
I’m confused. Do you have a screenshot? And have you posted this in Customer Support?
They laid off a ton of them. What’s left are basically script readers. It’s a shame because Blizzard customer support used to be the best of the best.
Probably some “terms of use”. It popped up when I opened the Blizzard app now this morning. Had to accept before allowed into game. Do they have an own forum for support? Sorry but I’m not much in here…
They let them all go to make the bottom line look better.

Blizzard customer support is borderline useless, you will rarely get ahold of an actual person when trying to clean up messes by their automated system, and will refuse to actually provide any meaningful assurance to the players that something is being looked into.
And let’s not start on their worthless relaying of feedback and bug reports.
There’s many issues that have been reported since SL beta and not a lick of communication has been sent our way to confirm they are looking working on it.
Oh? Your class has some bugs? Yeah report them so a year down the line you still won’t have any word on if they are being worked on.

Is your game client in another language?
First, If you go into your WoW files, it should have some realmlist document somewhere, make sure your servers are enUS (or enGB, or en(Abbreviation for the country that you live in)). Next, you can change the language of your client either in files or on the launcher.

My guess is a 20 percent chance of a response that isn’t automated. I’ve seen it happen personally where the response has nothing to do with the issue because their scripts replied with a keyword check.
Unless there is a rule specifically stating that they need to help you, they won’t. Devs on their alts are on here trying to defend their position by calling players that actually need support “problematic.”
It’s wild that the game went from devs that interacted with their community and solved just about any issue that you had, to devs that won’t even help you with the slightest issue.
