My app is in English, as it should be, but when I opened that desktop app this morning I got some “Terms of Use” form I had to sign before I could enter the app and the game. No problem with signing it. The problem was that it was all in Thai and, though I am living in Thailand, I don’t understand Thai as I am not native Thai. I want the document in English and further documents like this in a language I can understand and not in a language I don’t understand. My server is set to Americas / Oceanic(?) as I am living closest to Australia. I am also playing on one of the Oceanic realms.
I can remember calling them up years ago and speaking to somebody. It felt awesome lol.
To be fair, I’ve never heard of anybody having to sign a document before being able to play WoW. Were you trying to get an old account back?
No old account. I’ve been here for about 18 months and have had the same account all the time.
They fired 80% of them.

first step would be to head over to the customer support forum, instead of asking a bunch of people who get their thrills from trolling people who are in need of help.
thing is WE the subscribers keep them(blizzard) in business. its not the fact that their support is non existant…its that they were allowed to get away with it. plain and simple. wonder what would be if we the paying players actually got together and told them to piss off…
