Why increase the gap between raiders and m+ers again?

Why? It’s all one game and gear is gear.

Exactly what raiders said when they could get a fully upgraded weapon from pvp in shadowlands.

Nope because Hpell has posted their main.

Hpel and I agree on some points and disagree on others so that doesn’t mean anything and certainly doesn’t mean you’re credible.

Fine, current main is ‘‘dabopa’’ ravencrest eu

Except PVP and PVE are separate things. M+ and Raiding are both PVE end game activities.

I don’t see it that way, I think M+ is different from raiding.

Dungeons and raids both being PvE gearing has been the official position of the game going back to at least Burning Crusade.

Doesn’t mean it has to be that way, and it was better in DF.

I just think it’s weird that you’re complaining that your character got a buff, because someone else might (in some circumstances) have gotten a slightly bigger buff.

I don’t see how it’s a buff?

Ilvl is relative, it’s relative to how things are tuned, all I’m seeing is a bigger gap between fully upgraded hero gear and fully upgraded myth gear.

If that is you and not some random person

Your posts still come across as whiny. Yiu can be solid at mplus and still be wrong.

I’m also solid at raiding, I just don’t like the logistics behind it.

And they don’t usually tune around max myth track gear. The tuning point for M+ is usually just tuning a +10 (where the rewards stop) around someone in mostly hero gear.

Nobody who only does m+ caps out at 10. Well at least nobody that understands how this disparity is an issue.

Depends on why they’re there, but that’s besides the point. You were pointing out how it’s relative to tuning, and I was saying what I think the tuning targets are. Anything beyond that is pure exponential scaling.

Yea, but I mean 10’s in current season can be done at 490 ilvl, it not really important until you start to push higher levels where the hp and damage makes a difference.

Raiding was horribly below mythic+ for welfare gear for normal players who are playing wow as a job.

Well, that is the baseline from where all higher key scaling is derived, as is the inherent nature of an infinitely scaling system. You pick a point or 2 to tune around, and then let the curve do the rest automatically.

I guess, but not everybody can do a 10 at ilvl 490 and not everybody can do a 10 at Max ilvl. However ilvl always affects performance.

Also, complete sidenote, but is Blizzard completely blind to what the community wants, a new affix where you have to position yourself between mobs and crystals that eventually buff the mobs, that sounds exactly like an affix that affects certain mechanics negatively and that nobody enjoys…

Skill issues happen, but (for the devs), it doesn’t make sense to tune around +23s with full myth upgrades.

Substantially more players will be attempting +10 (portals), in a mix of hero and upgraded champion gear, and that’s where the defined rewards stop, so that what you tune the system around.
