but you get way more opportunity for that piece to drop and theres no trade restrictions with ML. Also you get a mythic ilvl piece for every single drop in m raid whereas you need your vault to get one per week with m+. I’m sorry mate but you’re wrong
I think the feeling of getting a trinket and equipping it and feeling strong everywhere is good, getting a bis trinket from raid should feel rewarding even in M+, but M+'ers should be able to shine in their content by only playing their content.
I’ve never said that mythic raid offered less loot. My point is simply that both are still rng and that the great vault has a lot of value more than simply bosses dropping loot as it’s only loot you can use.
6/6 mythic vs 6/6 heroic, my money says that top 100 guilds will still be able to full clear mythic even if they all only had 6/6 heroic.
With that being said I don’t mind having a few more tracks to level gear up through with crests. Yes it may be slower to gain full myth gear but it might feel better in the long run.

Yes, you can clear the raid perfectly fine at 6/6 heroic, but that same guild at 6/6m will clear the raid much faster, using different strats. There will be a threshold at which the gear does matter for the players and in M+ you can go as high as you want so at some point the gear actually does start to matter.
But the early bosses don’t cover all slots.
Outside of Vault, the only way you can get a myth leather hat is from Court, or Queen (the last 2 bosses) in Nerubar place.
If you want a full set of caster weapons, you have to kill either Broodtwister, or Silken Court (5/6 and 7 respectively).

You seem to be missing the point that those Raiders have that gear because they also did M+. They’re doing more content than you so they have better gear. It’s how these games work.
A player who does M+ and Mythic Raids will have better gear and acquire it faster than a player than only does one or the other. News at 11.

A player who does both will have an advantage over someone who only does 1 in that particular content.
Edit: Sorry this wasn’t worded very well, I meant to say that raiders who do both shouldn’t have an advantage over people who only do one of the two. The rewards from one shouldn’t carry over so heavily onto the other.
