Why does blizz insist on forcing people to nolife WoW to get r14 gear?

You dont need R14 to complete the game.

But if you want it you are FORCED to play unhealthy periods of time.

Tough. Suck it up.

You can leave I understand your viewpoint. Repeating it doesn’t help you. You have a very simple argument.

That isn’t how the system works.

This is a player issue, not a blizzard issue. Players are the ones who cause the insanely high requirements.

The system forces it.

Commit to the grind or GTFO. Simple as that. You want R14 gear? Grind it out like it has been for 15 years. You don’t want the gear? $tfu and move on.

The system does not force it.

The system says “whoever has the most points is in X bracket”.

The players are the ones who drive up the requirement. On some servers they cap the brackets so folks only had to play a certain amount of time and didn’t play at all on the weekends.

Yawn at you trying to make me stop. You will fail.

They system does force it by not having honor caps.

It’s already been posted multiple times, you can play casually in SOM and eventually get rank 14, it’ll just take a lot longer which shouldn’t be a problem to anyone that wants to do it at a slow pace.

How is having to maintain R7 every week for how ever many weeks not a problem?

If you don’t do it 1 week you probably lose like >50% of your progress with increased decay.

The entire point of this thread is to remove the forced grind every week and make it optional while keeping it difficult.

So you can take breaks.

The big bad company is forcing you? Really, that’s your stance?

Nevermind self-will, self-control, self-discipline, self-made choice etc. You’re a victim, being forced into something You have to do it. Gotcha. (Btw, you delegitimize actual victim scenarios with your fake ones.)

Not in the least surprised the only support you receive in this post is from one other person who is obviously as mentally unwell as yourself. Same account most likely.

(Last response to either of you, as you both aren’t worth anything more.) You’re bad for the community, and should be removed. Completely.

You are forced to play long periods of time IF you want R14.

So yeah you kinda are.

No one is saying you have to get R14. Only children and the sith deal in absolutes.

If you take a full week off you only lose half a rank, you don’t get the full 40% decay unless you finish positive in ranking for the week. Even if you take a full 2 weeks off and lose a rank, it’s so much easier/faster this time in SOM you’ll gain more than that back in a week of casual pvping when you get back.

It’s better to redesign the system than bandaid it.

Most people wont get the gear so its not like a lot of people are gonna be over geared in pvp. You can do just fine in raid gear and the blue pvp sets.

Technically (the best kind) many pvp servers are pvp in name only and have a heavy dominated faction to that they are for all purposes a pve server.

The OP is just trolling.

No. That would mean that too many people will get R14. It is best if it is kept rare and very difficult.

Ok, and? you want free gear? Who said r14 required skill? Is this the first time you playing wow? cuz 80% of us know better.
