I played Horde for the better part of TBC and stopped when I realized that I was constantly being asked to do war crimes and that I had basically no connection to the game’s fundamental narrative.
You certainly put enough effort to post on the forums of a dead game. Better to do that the. Show everyone you’re bad.
You mean the same way WoW has always been?
Tell us you’re bad without admitting you’re bad
Like yeah, it’s hard to find groups to do high level content but at least I’ve never vivisected anyone and cackled about it.
Jeeesus…
op with a face like that, you make me wanna be horde…
ive never had a problem on alliance
because i dont want to play horde
Yes.
why I have alliance these days. side based collectables lol. more into pvp of late and do that for real on horde. Not for I win. sometimes alliance brings the A game.
Horde team and chat doesn’t got to crap after one mistake and 50% of the team drops.
like on an ashran saturday. several lead off mistakes were made. not the best start to ashran I have seen. cooler heads prevailed, we recovered and…we even won by commander kill. enough realized this is pvp not pve. its fluid and dynamic. adjust to the changes and keep up the fight.
I’ve pvp’d here as alliances. it can go to crap in the in the first 2 minutes. We are doomed…50% drop. Okay…now we are doomed. sigh…kill max effort to scrape more honor at this point.
WoW is a virtual world. People like to socialize and hang out.
Horde are sweaty tryhards.
Because the only good thing WoW has going for itself right now is its RP environment and that’s about it.
Well… I have a guild and friends. I don’t need pugs. So I don’t have the issues that others will run into if I want to run more content. Not a luxury for all, I know.
i actually would switch to alliance just to experience alli side now days. originally i started on alli i moved to horde when all my friends started to quit WoW during MoP. why would i go back to alli? i like the aesthetics better then horde; only thing i like about horde tbh is the weird classes as alli it just mostly looks like humans in different variants. horde i could say the same kind with orcs.
only reason i don’t switch though is because i pug a LOT of my content. my time zone and work schedule and days off don’t really allow me to do content i want to do ( raiding ) with many guilds. M+ and PvP i can but raiding is my biggest concern if you ever pugged raiding it’s not fun. i literally spend hours on end waiting for a steady group to form because after 1 wipe half the raid leaves and it just rinses and repeats. i spend more time forming the group then actually doing the raid.
i been contemplating going back but when i’ve asked multiple times this year how it was many said it was bad for pugging. funny though because even on my realm finding a guild i can raid with is hell i think only about 2 fit my schedule. really am tired of pugging tbh i’ve been doing it for years mostly playing solo it’s not fun.
this is also why i push for cross faction content. last time i played on alli just for fun i had WM on this was during the SL pre patch event. oh man killing the rares was hell. we were out numbered like 50 horde to 1 alli. flew in to see the rare just see waves of horde players
Horde is too edgy, but I notice on Stormrage seeing a lot more orange/Horde players since I came back. Oh well. You know what game to play.
Because even as a Horde main, I like to see the other side, play the storylines to see the differences if there are any and just play races that aren’t available on Horde side.
Before rubbish lands they had better plate armor designs than Horde.
But Blizzard has pretty much toss our faction identities aside so they could tell their own scrappy Avengers story that none of us care about.
I am proof positive that not everyone is willing or able to raid, do M+, or PvP. I’ve been around for 15 years and never participate in any of those activities.
Why I play Alliance is simply because I like the Alliance cities and races better than the Horde side (yes, I have played both sides).
i mean i have toons both faction, but Dwarf is the best… been debating making this one a dwarf too XD
To tell you the truth, I’m starting to hate the Horde more then the Alliance.
Its not the faction it used to be, the Horde has become pretty lame in my opinion.
As a Casual PVPers the que times for PVP are a lot quicker on the Alliance side then Horde, FYI.
I’m playing my Alliance alts as I type this.
It’s fun to experience the game from both sides, so there’s at least one good reason to play both factions.
I actually enjoy playing Alliance quite a bit, and in fact I used to love it way more than Horde and any of their cities as well. Only reason I am on Horde more is to just push myself to become a bit more involved in end game and the server I’m on is.
I have started seriously RPing the past week and I can tell you straight into your face that it’s the most rewarding WoW experience I had the past few years. I understood to a certain degree why my relatives love it so much but oof, it’s very entertaining. You need to know the text commands, the lore and have a somewhat decent transmog which reflects the culture or style you want to hit.
You can actually say it’s another type of end goal you have in the game. I was so scared to try it out alone but after a leap of faith I can really tell you that it was worth it. I dare to say it: I had more fun doing it than raiding during MoP-Legion.
Why play Alliance? Mechagnomes are Alliance, that’s the first reason–these little creatures have some pretty great racials. Night elves have shadowmeld, which has to be just about the best racial imaginable. The second reason is that the wait times are shorter for bgs and in M+. In M+ like if you play non-meta, your wait times to get an invite can be a lot shorter. Maybe that’s because the player base is smaller so people cannot be as selective. Horde toons, except for blood elves look pretty ugly. Hmm… What else?
