Its only an issue for people who mistook "world of warcraft " with something else that doesnt have a faction conflict as a core part of the game.
They canât if the lowbies donât flag or have warmode on.
Except that in order to kill the lowbies those lowbies would have to have WarMode enabled which mean that they are purposely agreeing that they are able to be killed.
The bottom line is that Blizzard doesnât view this as a problem and never has.
Itâs not griefing by the terms of service, no.
It is griefing by any sane definition of the term. Thatâs okay, though, because some amount of griefing is needed for a healthy mmorpg.
I had the exact same thought
15 years of this and theyâre just too lazy to âfixâ it?
Wouldnât be the first time.
I havenât leveled a fresh team in forever but have seen it a lot on my server/cluster, or whatever you wanna call it, so Iâm sure it varies. Always seems to be in TBC zones when Iâm leveling. /shrug
We all pay, I donât have sympathy for someone who says they donât want to switch zones because they feel they shouldnât have to if a player is âgriefing.â
As I said earlier, killing quest givers has been a thing since Vanilla. If no one comes to your aid you move to another zone or I guess in this case move to the forums and make a post about it.
Ironic that you are both Alliance.
OP this thread has been going for 3 hours, Iâm just curious, is said druid still killing your NPC?
Yes it is. It is also against the TOS. No player has the right to infringe on another player who is there playing the game.
He took a break and I was able to turn in and move on to the next part of the zone, which is where he hit next when he came back.
Are you sure this druid isnât someone you know? Sounds to me they are following only you.
Who can blame this druid for that?
What are you doing to avoid the 10 char required when posting a quote?
Blizzard supports their behavior. It flags them for pvp and is intended.
Yes, it is even intentional for quest givers.
I just made this character today. Only one person knows who I am and heâs not on atm. I know all his characters anyway.
But this guy was moving to where most of the players were concentrated doing quests. As a lot of us moved on to the next part of the zone, he did too.
And in the last 3 hours none of you thought about logging onto 120âs to stop him?
I hate that your post not only has a bunch of likes, it isnât flagged and hidden.
You didnât even read the OP, you just showed up to be antagonistic. Says a lot about the WoW community.
