Your taking things out of context.

Again I am not trying to make this game competitive Blizzard did that, On release.

It sounds like it is you needs to go back to Fallout.

You don’t type enough for context. I can smell your hypocrisy.

I can smell the troll.

Absolutely. A lot of stuff that people do to min-max actually isn’t significant in the grand scheme of things.

If I didn’t enchant my rings, I wouldn’t lose a noticeable amount of DPS, especially not in a gamestate where one VoP proc at the right time can swing my overall DPS by like 10k.

But the only reason to NOT enchant your rings correctly is lack of knowledge or lack of caring.

And both of those are red flags to potential teammates.

100% agreed.

I care 'cause i like choice that has consequences, makes it more interesting.

“Consquences” pick one game mode, and only play that. And God help you if that choice is PVP because Ion says all good gear should come from PVE.

Honestly my only dog in this fight is that. If they made PVP gear valid again, I would pick my PVP covenant and be done with it. As it stands I am looking at being barred from PVE content I do not want to do anyway, but have to to PVP.

And this proves you have absolutely no clue what is going on. PvP vendors are coming back in Shadowlands.

In a mmorpg i vision hard work progression and being better to the person to my right or left. The journey and none limitations is what i strive for since my no life butt can farm 12hours a day while the person i’m out preforming only plays for 2-6hrs a day or hearing in bg’s that this guy is op he has all the gear for his no life effort.

I enjoy the no life mmorpg elements that make you better and over everyone else. Over the years ive slowed down but in my prime i did better

Well said!

And this proves that YOU have absolutely no idea what is going on.

The “Vendors” do not sell trinkets, they do not have set bonuses, they do not go up as high in Ilvl and have no PVP based stats.

Ions exact quote “PVE gear should still be 5-10% stronger in PVP you should be rewarded for playing all aspects of the game at a high level”

So ya, the Vendor dream was nice for a time. But he has already cleared that up as straight hogwash.

That doesn’t diminish his statement. PvP gear exists now, but it’s far easier to crank out 15s for 475’s than grind out a full set of equal ilvl PvP gear.

It will be the same in SL.

As it should. This is a PvE first game, as it always has been since day 1.

No, it does. People asked for PvP Vendors and they returned. No PvE needed.

That and, the Trinkets and broken effects will still only be in PVE. Ion is defending it with you shoipd be rewarded for being good at all aspects.

Which is fine, I will grind my teeth and do the stupid PVE. BUT getting locked out of said PVE for my PVP covenant choice is going too far.

Wrong both matter and Rpg doesn’t just mean flavor it’s a genre hybrid of a MMO.

That is NOT correct. Once again he litteraly just did an interview on this.

The PVP gear is lower ILVL, there is NO dps trinkets, there is no weapon effects, set effects. You still have to PVE.

We asked him in that interview, will thw datamined PVP power come. He said NO PVE gear from the top level will still be superior and thats thw way we feel it should be.

Another words. They gave us the vendor with the same useless gear. They ignored the overarching problem.

You mean weapon enchants? And of course there wouldn’t be any set bonuses since we have PvP Talents.

And Trinkets also drop in BG boxes, so again, your whining is completely irrelevant.
