First off, Kul’tiran are not humans, they are Kul’tiran. That being said, just like it’s normal and healthy for Pandas and other bears to be “fat”, it’s normal and healthy for Kul’tiran to be exactly as they are.

I don’t have any idea why the Kul’tirans had to be fat, or big boned for those who feel fat is on par with racial slurs.

I could speculate it has something to do w/ the body positivity silliness that is popular lately, but who knows.
