Why did Blizzard nerf alliance premades?

Thank you for this new and fresh topic to talk about.

Right and this is the problem, regardless of blizzard’s motives be it intentional bias or lack of care or just ignorance, in the end they fixed the horde problem but did nothing for the alliance problem.

Keep in mind both of these were things that were eventually fixed in retail, AV premading(well general BG premading) and the cave situation. The cave situation was actually fixed sooner in retail. So it’s not like these weren’t both acknowledged problems.

The hilarious thing about you quoting this response is that you were responding to me and my response said literally nothing about queue times. So now you are not only ignoring the content of my quote in your response, you are using your response that touches 100% nothing of my original post as some kind of evidence in your favor?

BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! THIS GUY IS GREAT! NOTHING LIKE DOUBLING DOWN ON YOUR IRRELEVANT POINT! BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHA!

No, because it was an exploit, unintended by Blizzard.

You can keep crying about favoritism too though.

I didn’t say you were talking about av queues, this is an av thread, about av queues (the alliance premade queue) and you are the guy i replied to who was complaining about av queue exploitation. I think your brain is malfunctioning

Yep, that was me. But the post you were replying to said nothing about what your response said it was saying.

That’s the relevant portion. I made no such statement or argument. Now you are using your false argument as some kind of proof that you responded to someone making this argument with your second argument. This is incorrect. I called you out on it. It is hilarious you are still trying to push this narrative given that there is a reply chain above your quoted response that completely trashes everything you just posted.

That was what you responded to. I love how you twisted that statement into some kind of pvp imbalance / instant queue statement.

The alliance did the EXACT SAME THING on every server they had the ability to do it on.

So, you’re wrong.

No kidding they do it, every server with an imbalance population is going to do that to the other faction because they can and the people who play alliance and horde are not that different, heartseeker was an absolute mess. That wasn’t my point, my point was that its illogical to punish people for camping a graveyard in one particular bg but not in any other bgs or in the open world. The only difference between the other bgs and the open world is that the horde can also do it, while in AV they can’t premade so they can’t

That just happened to help the horde and hurt the alliance. Ill bet youre one of the people who have convinced themselves “tHis HelPs aLliAnCe!”

Your point was and still is poorly made. So let me make it for you.

There is evidence of developer bias because they sent a warning to Alliance premade players who were camping Horde in the cave. They gave no such warning to Horde players who were killing Alliance 2:1 in WPVP. Horde would have been able to perform the same camping had more of the players interested in pvp rolled on the Alliance side. Because they couldn’t, Blizzard’s bias stick came out and smacked the Alliance GY camping the Horde in a BG when they wouldn’t have done it had both sides been GY camping due to aforementioned Horde bias.

That about cover it?

There you go again, pretending that you had not had this replied to ad nauseum with the part about reinforcements making those changes needed.

Because the devs are horde fanboys and want horde to have as many advantages as possible, why do you think everyone complains about alliance premades but not horde ones?

The map is accurate to the 1.12 patch. Unfortunate as it may be, it is what it is.

They did patch up terrain and pathing exploits, however, which is consistent with what they said they’d be doing before the game launched.

Alliance can win AV without too much effort… The map issues and the “OP horde racials” are really not that big a deal.

No, I objectively reached the conclusion that this was unintended by Blizzard, and fundamentally unfair because only one side could do it. That’s the only logical conclusion to reach, any others are based in emotion.

It doesn’t matter what the win rate is with or without premades. That’s a problem caused by other factors that should be dealt with (ie. GY res order is wrong).

Horde had access to the exact same queuing system.

This is the problem. They seem to only choose to fix the “unfair” things when it benefits a certain side. Otherwise its ignored and chalked up as “that how it was”

The victim mentality is strong with this one. I am sure your grocery store discounted cheese when bought with a card and you thought they were biased against you because you didn’t have that card too.

If the ability to use said card was limited to one specific set of people that would be a valid complaint.

Says another guy in the “i’m a victim” club.
