WoW lead developer doesn’t transmog, his vision is wow vision.
If he doesn’t care about transmog then that’s why the game isn’t catered to transmog.

That is exactly why wow has literally bled subs over the past year. Players are tired of his narrow “vision”.

After the level squish, shadowkands really de-powered players. No artifact weapon, no azerite gear. We are proportionally much weaker than we were in legion.
However, 208 is still quite low gear. You will feel a big difference if you upgrade to 220 gear in korthia (no tier required, just research)

They’re other games where you can play dress up Barbie like IMVU, or snapchat.
WoW is a MMORPG first before anything else
And they’re other games where you can go and just raid or challenge yourself or do other MMO things like FF14, GW2, ESO, etc. /s
We can play this “Oh if you want to do that, go to some other game”, but it doesn’t do anything. All your saying is “His vision can’t be argued, and you must leave if you have a problem with it, otherwise just accept it. Either way, hush.”.
Besides, what’s wrong with wanting cosmetics in an MMORPG or a video game even and not wanting it to be forgotten about?

Well, the moment any content is 2 expansions old, it should be relegated to trivial status and officially in Legacy mode by default and not something a year later they’re going to “turn on” soon.

You sound like an employee trying to do damage control. Who cares what people want to do in the game as long as they’re paying the sub? Seems like wow would want to keep as many players around as possible. Putting the damn legacy buff on Legion content would be a great step in winning a little bit of goodwill back from players.

These don’t work like that anymore. As of 9.1.5 if you’re solo the Coven doesn’t get that buff, and Aggramar’s knockback only slightly punts you a few feet so if you’re not near the edge, you’re fine.

3k is a bit low for 208, should be pulling closer to 4k ST
if you can do Korthia for the gear, you can easily get up to 220, but you also need to keep up with renown, since some Soulbinder traits are just too good
pre-9.1.5 nerf I was able to solo almost every boss in NH on Mythic (except gul’dan) in 220-226 ish gear
My main breathes on bosses in NH mythic and they drop dead even before the tuning in 9.1.5
Well there is your problem.
ANY alt no matter the gear should be able to breathe on the bosses and win. This is two expansion old content. It’s ridiculous we’re even having this conversation.

Oh, I agree. I know myself and many others made a lot of posts (constructive ones too) about this through the first half of SLs. It was ridiculous that all of a sudden they removed that legacy buff and have to wait 3 expansions now.

To be fair, I probably am desecrating raid content. What with all those Death and Decays and Unholy Blights and Festering Wounds and just generally being a walking sack of pestilence and desecration encased in plate armor. I mean, it’s sorta my thing.

As i said in an earlier post. You arent “right”. Legacy content mode as it was prior to the level squish was added long ago, and persisted through several expansions. It was done purely so people could farm old appearances, toys, pets and even mounts if very lucky. It was never designed as a personal challenge mode. Never, it just wasnt. As much as you say it should be, thats NOT HOW IT WAS. Do you understand yet? How it was and how it is are not the same. And given how promises were made that the content would remain just as soloable as it was, but then it wasnt shows the disconnect and the problem.
how much of the thread did you skip? Did you know that prior to level squish you didnt have to BE a main to KO legacy content? That is anything from “2 expansions ago” so back in bfa that was anything wod was a 1 shot at any gear so long as you were max level.
Thats no longer the case. Hence its broken for no reason.

Yogg has a pair of of mail pants I want in Ulduar. I don’t have them and its not for lack of trying. 4 hunters weekly in my spam fests see this over months. Still no pants. oh but I got the rogues piece.

Enters the easy run aspect. Only thing that makes this tolerable. Ulduar at 2 minute clears a boss, on fotm geared chars…no. Hell no.
Hell I got HFC’s hard to get mount before I got set completes there lol. Many classes 1 piece lack still. and it that damned birdman. He hates me…I swear he does. Still spammed hfc after mount. for the sets and raw gold farming till nerfed. WOn’t lie about the gold. BUt that got fixed long ago in squish preload.

yes everyone knows that corruption broke the game. Im talking about the generic legacy mode buffs and nerfs to enemies that came when you did content that was “2 expansions ago” which meant without gimmicks such as corruption even a fresh alt could still run mythic rated raids so long as they were “2 expansions ago” so wod raids in bfa.
