It’s been 4 damn years, why is it still that hard to solo Legion content. As 208 WW monk using every single CDS I own having my legendary as well I can’t even solo the first boss of Tomb of Sargeras in mythic difficulty. WHY IS THAT ??
Legion content should have a 10000% or even a 100000% increased damage taken from levels 60s and higher, why is it only 1000% ??
Doing 3k dps which is fine for a 208 ilvl I get up to 30k over 3.2mill damage and I cannot even reach half his health before I die.
It is completely outdated content stop blocking the playerbase from getting cosmetic items that are already hard to obtain due to the loot table when you’re unlucky. I just want my damn rogue mythic belt, is that so hard to manage without having to be heroic geared to do well…
To get cosmetic made / released more then 4 years ago I still need to be heroic geared from my current tier, and even then, doing maybe 10k dps in a perfect situation with heroic gear will I only do 3.3x my current dps, which still makes this boss last more then 30 seconds, and that’s just the first boss for Tomb of Sargeras!!
PLEASE, +10000%-100000% increased damage done when level 60 to level 45 and below. Everything under BFA should be soloable, not requiring a group, and farmable for cosmetic and mounts as we wish.
Still, even Nighthold bosses took at very least 30s to 1 min each which shouldn’t be the damn case for 4 years dated content, even Gul’dan Mythic is almost impossible to solo beside if really well geared and having a good enough class. Antorus still takes a group of 5+ people to do, and Emerald Nightmare still isn’t soloable by a really fresh 60, and even takes some times as a 200+ one. It does NOT make sense.
Blizzard destroyed scaling, obviously among a lot of other things over the years, like the fun to play, but that’s not the point. This is stupid. It feels like it scales to ilvl rather then level, if you’re 60 but with 140 gear then don’t even attempt a Legion raid you will not succeed. Why is that ? I should already be able to solo it as BFA geared, which btw is 130 for mythic ilvl.
this boss is soloable, obviously, but it should be soloable starting at 140 ilvl as long as you’re 60, not soloable when you’re geared or because of your class abilities. I don’t have the ability to heal myself constantly from 0 to 100% like pallies, so taking 300% increased damage which means about 1k a second ends up killing me.
Now my post will be taken down because I blamed blizzard for doing something bad, instead of focusing on how to make me not say that again beside banning me lolz
took me 42 seconds which does seem long for a 2 expack old boss didn’t even do any damage to me I don’t know how anyone couldn’t kill this at level cap.
You have 60k health as dps, an elixir and a rune lmao
Again check your ilvl, I mentionned of course it will be soloable depending on ilvl, doing 3k dps at 208 which is the average and fine makes this impossible.

But Legion content should be freaking one shottable, it’s 4 years outdated cosmetic only rewards we are getting. Why does it matter if we one shot it, just allow it. Of course what everyone here is trying to do is to proove me wrong, welcome on Blizzard’s Forum, but just realize that it’s stupid that Legion content is still hard to solo if you’re undergeared.
Kravanarasha’s trynna tell me a 208 can solo a M+17, of course my guy, show me someone soloing a M+15+ under 230 ilvl :))
I only log on to raid and log off otherwise i didn’t use those for the purpose of killing the boss they were still on from Tuesday which is why I would have 11m on food and 16 on a rune and a flask still.
In actual SL raids only do maybe 9k tops but in here you can do 72k dps so they do buff your damage for nothing in old raids.
That’s the thing I’m talking about, having to get geared… to farm cosmetic from 4 years ago ?.. doesn’t even make sense.
Back in BFA at least we could solo Legion content super easily, and back in Legion, WoD content super easily, no now we’re in Shadowlands, beware the last boss of Mythic Antorus that you killed 4 years ago will still kill you if you try soloing it lmao.
I did a few bosses on Heroic Antorus to check out the tuning, and while I could kill them without too much difficulty, it wasn’t what it should be – the toon was 220 ilvl. I could see a fresh 60 struggling greatly in it.
It is a bummer that they destroyed farming old raids in this manner. It used to be the way I relaxed and spent dry content timeframes.
I loved farming old content, Legion content is my favorite expension and I love farming in them, I just got a monk to 60 and I wanted a belt for tmog to complete my set, but I can’t even do that until I get better gear…
I’ve waited 4 years just to have to gear myself even more, you don’t even make sense lol, feels like trying to cover for Blizzard bad though processes. XD
yet it took you 42s as 249, imagine me at 208 how bad it is lol, your damage as 249 shouldn’t be 72k it should be 720k easily. One shotting it would be the best for cosmetic content.
Having to struggle through the difficulties of the fight or even just through the lenght of the fight is stupid for 4 years old content. BFA second raid at least should be currently soloable, the last raid gives 130-140 in mythic, there is not even upgrades there for fresh 60s that quest for 20 minutes.
