Even your claim that PvP gear is high stam is wrong. R13 head = 19 stam. Circlet of Restless dreams = 38 stam. Guise of the devourer = 36 stam.
R13 shoulders = 13 stam. Chromag shoulders = 30 stam.
R13 chest = 19 stam. Moam chest = 30 stam. Dreamwalker = 29 stam. T2.5 = 24 stam.
R13 gloves = 15 stam. Gloves of the immortal = 28 stam. Twin emps gloves = 22 stam.
The PvP set is good, but it ain’t that good. There are ten headpieces with more stam than R13. And ten shoulders as well.
None of the PvP set is end-game BiS. And some isn’t even phase 2 BiS.

Spiritual guidance gives you spell power = to 25% of your spirit.
So if you care to do the math on that… you will see t2 helm for Priest, is superior to the blue PvP helm…

I was originally responding to someone who said that some of the PvP set was end-game BiS. But none are end-game BiS. That is a fact.
Secondly, most of the end-game BiS items are not hard to get for any raiding feral. I was a resto druid and I had full BiS tank gear before Naxx launched, just because no one else needed the drops. All the BiS feral armor pieces are not BiS for any other class.
In fact, most feral tank pieces are trash for every other class.
It’s rather presumptuous to think this gear will be attainable by everyone.
Serious PvP folks might expect to hit somewhere between rank 10 and 12. It takes some serious commitment to exceed that.

OP is posting on an alt, and even if this lvl 13 priest is his main, he hasn’t made it clear what spec or content he intends to play. No duh the PvP sets are subpar for raid healing.

Totally agree with most of this, but you can most definitely get carried to rank 10 and beyond. People have been carried to Gladiator before- getting carried to Rank 14 is a joke by comparison. Poop sock, unemployed, neck beard level time intensive? Yes. Difficult in terms of requiring you to actually be good at PvP? Not really.
