The blue set is roughly equivalent to tier 1 and the epic set is roughly equivalent to tier 2
None of it is “AQ/naxx” quality besides the weapons, kind of.
And even then, its going to be months before anyone is in epic pvp gear, let alone sporting a weapon, by that time people will be running bwl and getting equivalent/better gear much quicker.
Raiders will still far outgear pure pvp players at a much quicker pace.
As an ele shaman im already at the point where almost none of the pvp gear including the epic set will do much for me by the time i can obtain it
