There are a total of 14 ranks for both factions. Each rank requires a minimum amount of Rating Points to be calculated every week, then calculated in comparison to other players on your server.

What are you trying to show me? I main a druid, I know every piece of gear by heart.
The only pieces of PvP gear that are BiS for feral are the AB exalted shoulders and the WSG exalted pants. The AB exalted shoulders are phase 4, and the WSG exalted pants are phase 5.
As for the PvP sets coming with phase 2. Only the pants last till Naxx. Everything else is replaced by AQ40 at the latest. And some are outclassed by 5-man gear.
PVP gear is hevily itemised for surviviability and while some weapons are amazing, theyâre generally on par with tier 2.
Why i said near BIS. Most importantly its guaranteed gear as you could go weeks or months before you even see Twinâs gloves dropping, or Guise of the Devourer.
It is guaranteed gear that will last a long time. But it isnât BiS. And it will take a lot of time to get. I usually get R12 or R13 on every âfreshâ server I play on, but repeatedly ganking the horde on our server sounds miserable.

PVP feral gear is basically bis in almost every way. It may not be absolute bis but if you get high rank feral gear you wonât really need anything else for the remainder of the game

Thatâs the key piece people are missing here. Sure you can put up numbers in your Naxx gear but the stamina is what makes the PVP last the entire game
In same cases however, like the swords, they are pretty much going to last forever
At the end of the game, when thereâs nothing to do but PVP, the gear will still be BiS.

I think all of your nuianced thoughts as far as this itemization are wasted here.
People have looked at a spreadsheet and think they know exactly what the greatest for every slot is and theyâre stuck on that, anything less is unacceptable. Iâve never seen people downplay high rank PVP gear
End of the day it has the highest Stam possible and will never be replaced in PVP ever. End of the day thatâs the only thing that never gets phased out, PVP.
As far as raiding goes, you could be raiding in most of that gear forever and be just fine, but everyone on these forums is in APES apparently and thinks theyâre canidates for the #1 parse
Guise of the Devourer is nearly twice as good as the R13 head. R13 shoulders are less dps than truestrike, and are like the 6th-best tank shoulders. The R13 chest is something like 8th-best chest, even lower than the naxx-craftable Polar Tunic(of course youâll just get ghoul skin anyway). The R12 gloves for tanking are worse than slaghide from LBRS. And of course Wolfshead greater than all.
Youâll only be using 2 or 3 pieces by the end of BWL, depending on spec.
The only piece any feral druid might still be using while killing KT would be the pants. And that is only if they didnât get the pants from 4H, and are too lazy to get exalted with WSG.
Okay dude. Iâm not even going to attempt to argue with someone who thinks the PVP gear isnât good for ferals. The PVP set is the literal holy Grail for feral druids, any serious feral (which it seems youâre trying extremely hard to present yourself as one) should be in the ditches farming the epic set. I knew a feral main he was in WSG 24/7 farming his high ranks and honor because itemization is garbage for ferals for pretty much the entire game. The PVP set makes it braindead easy to gear your char from head to toe in guaranteed loot

For phase 2 nearly every piece is either BiS or pretty much BiS(especially if you include set bonus). By phase 3 half will be replaced. By phase 5 pretty much everything will be replaced.
Pretty much all feral loot prios only to ferals. No one needs 4H pants but ferals. No one needs Guise of the Devourer but ferals. And there is usually only one feral in a raid. If feral gear drops, ferals get it.
It isnât like youâre competing against 10 other casters for a wraith blade.
