I have no idea where you get the notion of what I want. I don’t have warmode on, I don’t give a rats azz about the 10% xp gains either.
WoW was an MMO back in TBC and WotLK too. I’d be happy with returning to the game design from either of those eras.

That is why these type of threads are hilarious lol. The ones who constantly complain that things like flight, warforge,and titanforge , are so bad, or ruined the game that if there was a option to push a button to instantly have tf, wf gear sets, they would probably be some of the first ones to push that button lol. And I would bet a million dollars on that to, if I had it lol. But ya addiction can make you do crazy stuff. Like pressing buttons in a virtual fictional world lol.

Adding things that let you bypass content or challenge in the game effectively raises the floor of that game for everyone.

Because as has been explained multiple times above, it actually makes the game less fun. You get some small joy out of it, but it takes away from the rest of the game. This combined with other “features” of the game have made it less fun than it was at launch despite it being more sophisticated with better dungeon and class design.
You’re wrong. Not being able to fly takes away a lot of my control and fun. I’ve already voted with my wallet and I won’t come back until they do away with this petty spiteful war on flying.
Actually the solution is stop playing the game and get a pilot’s license in real life – then you can fly anywhere which you won’t lose because a new expansion has been released.

Great, bye. When the game becomes fun again subs will go up and people who dont like to be challenged or hassled can go play skyrim on easy mode.

Not flying until half way through the xpac has been the norm for the last 3 xpacs. We still have flight whistles and taxis all over the maps. So many crying babies in this game lol.
When I can get off a fp anywhere I want, then you may have a point.

I already explained that 500 times. Flying along with many other features combine to make the game less fun to most people. Most people have to be challenged to have fun. Now the game caters mainly to special people (you) who would be just as entertained watching paint dry or playing flight simulator (single player mode) with autopilot enabled.
Also, these are all obviously opinions. It’s a forum. So saying “that’s your opinion” isn’t a valid argument.
There is a lot in BfA that’s way more annoying than Legion was to get around. I don’t mind not having flying right away, but I think it should be MUCH faster than both WoD and Legion were. And now add BfA to that list.
I like to explore a bit, but it doesn’t take long before I’m ready to just be able to get around. Not spend 30 minutes travelling all over weird paths just trying to get to places.
Its really not, flying’s not in the game yet so this is really a “you problem” because there’s nothing for them to fix for me.
