Clearly there are 200+ posts before this one where people cared enough to post something - whether that is a minor amount of care or a significant amount of care would vary depending on individual definition. Just as you care enough to make read some of it and make your comments. If it meant nothing - no one would remark at all.

Its the difference between saying anything and just ignoring it without comment. You can make the argument you don’t care much - but you care enough to take the time to craft a response.
To complicate it further, not all High Elves (especially in Dalaran) are exiles. For example, Vereesa Windrunner moved there before any of the stuff that led to some High Elves being exiled went down, yet she is one of the main anti-Blood Elf leaders.

Except every time Blizzard writes a High Elf quest or storyline when they are clearly on the Alliance side. Which the entire team at Blizzard supports - because they put out those stories and quests.
Yeah they write alliance stories and do not write horde stories. High elves are still in the horde. This isn’t a black and white fallacy, homie.

Legion campaign Suramar - 3 elf armies gathered and addressed as separate groups by the enemy commander. High Elves, Blood Elves, Night Elves. If they were the same - wouldn’t the enemy commander has addressed them as one group?
