Thatās literally not the definition of a mathematical proof.
You literally just copy and pasted the tooltips of the racials and said that was proof. You didnāt bother to use ANY math to prove your point. You could have even given statistical proof but you couldnāt neither are you capable of doing that.
Ok, hopefully racials arenāt the ONLY thing that appeal to you. I was talking in the larger sense of the game and i think Alliance has gotten some good racials (maybe they arenāt, just my opinion) but i guess i can see how you got to talking about racials from what i said.

generally speaking, people choose their mains/characters to actually play by the racials.
To be fair, Motors has been on-point with his arguments. His opponents in this thread are just coping at this point and out-gunned in terms of arguments. Seems like Motors is winning even though itās basically a 1v4 or 1v5 with Motors being the 1

I did.
I literally explained it to you as to why the void elf racial was superior to you. Likeā¦if I break it down any further, its just going to tell me you donāt understand how math works.
That is literally statistical proof for anyone who has a basic understanding of math.
1% crit = 1% more damage.
Void elf racial= 5% damage increase
Reading the tooltip alone tells you that in a perfect situation where you have a zandalari shadow priest going up against a void elf shadow priest will result in th void elf shadow priest dealing 1% more damage than the zandalari shadow priest.
I say perfect world, because crit is still RNG, and occassionally despite having 4% more crit, you arenāt critting 4% more often.
Nowā¦when you factor in that they are only up for 12 second in an ideal world, the actual damage contribution of these racials is about a 1% increase.
Mind you, this applies for nearly ALL the racials that have a damage component for them, including the troll racial mini lust.
Soā¦when you do a side by side comparison, and do a damage comparison using basic math, alliance racials confer a greater benefit of less than 1%.
So why are alliance racials better?
They have more utility, such as shadowmeld or haymaker.
And that is why no one takes alliance players like you who cry about racials seriously.
Only in a very SLIM PORTION of the playerbase does that occur. If what you were saying was the truthā¦there would be absolutely no diversity at all in the player population.
So generally speaking, no it does not. The largest portion of the playerbase is Blood Elf and if they all chose their āmainsā because of the racialā¦they all failed as it is by far not the best for almost anything or in any way.
BE racial WAS one of the best for a long time, hell its still great in mythic plus.
I picked my forsaken back in vanilla for wotf for pvp. Virtually everyone i know picked their toon (the ones they actually play on, not profession alts or somesuch like this guy) with racials in mind.

Ok, that is you and that is fine, but to say it is a general thing is not true. I didnāt say that racials donāt matter, but your assertion was
And even you have played others (almost like fotm racials, nothing wrong with that im just making an observation), i just donāt see it being the general population doing that. However i have seen it and witnessed it in the game AT THE HIGH END where min/maxing matters but only in that specific instance.

It has very little to do with RPerās. Even now look at the HUGE amount of people that are going to play Vulpera (which by the way will exacerbate the problem even more) and how those racials look. Racials just simply arenāt that crucial in the grand scheme of the game unless you are a min/maxer or someone who wants to be. They matter, they just donāt matter exclusively to the general population as you asserted.
I have problems with this, and itās all because the devs refuse to flesh out the alliance.
Anduin should be hated by the nobles houses of Stormwind. Heās young, heās physically attractive, a war hero, and heās still single. How many unwed noblewomen has he brushed off because he was too busy playing war (from their detached perspectives)?
Stormwind post BFA should be going all Game of Thrones, and people should get really, really nervous whenever anyone mentions a royal wedding. Because if youāve been paying any attention at all, even āboring humansā can be violently entertaining at weddings.
But whatās going to actually happen?
If Anduin ever gets hitched itās going to happen in a mediocre novel that roughly 12 people end up reading. Kind of like the Makāgora that killed Baine (somehow, I am one of those 12).
ā¦you know, as opposed to an epic series of quest chains and quest lines that see you hacking through the stormwind and deposed Lordaeron nobility as you fend off a sea of back-stabbing, greedy, conniving noblewomen and their plans to become the next queen of all humans (which naturally comes down to a possibly devastating choice between Taelia Fordragon and Tess Greymane).
But it wonāt happen because itās not Horde story, and therefore the devs donāt care.

Maybe when the alliance actually gets some exciting content and not just 40 horses and some obese humans.

That was done on oce servers so you will try saying the faction balance is the other way around which is true but to say there are more ally players in oce than NA is just foolish.
