nothing happened it just ended up being yet another over promised end game feature just like islands, war fronts etc.

I was enjoying torghast altho I had to go as prot instead of fury, but now I’m not enjoying it at all. Prolly sit at rank 1 leggo all xpac.
It went from challenging but still fun last week, to “WTF, I really don’t feel like doing this crap anymore” this week. I’m certainly not a power player by any stretch, but I was mythic raiding and completed all the mythic dungeons on 15+ last expansion. So I’m also not a totally casual player. I DO know how to play my main class pretty well. The fact that level 4 torghast is hard enough to just feel like a huge chore, instead of a fun challenging Diablo throwback, makes ME think they really messed up with the recent re-tuning.
Like, if it doesn’t maintain SOME level of enjoyability, what’s the point?
I am certain you don’t care but, I DID IT! I beat layer 7 of Upper Halls.

Big problem with the place:
Torghast doesn’t give any other reward for your time besides yet another time gated currency grind that they forced leggos behind
I did Layer 7 as a 174 Guardian. First try i got crap powers and got stomped.
Second try I got amazing powers and cleared it.
RNG is RNG.

You come in with the same line every time, make the same evidence less, baseless argument. TC is still a broken mess.
Sometimes the random powers/bosses stack up poorly. Some classes are more vulnerable to that than others.
It is a real pain when you fall into that hole and have to deal with classes that don’t.

I ran a lot of Diablo through LOD (3 was a bust for me) and what made it was the loot. Not the grind.
