Sorry if the name is wrong. But if that’s the buff you’re talking about, it’s not new. It’s just now something that applies at layer 3 and above to end bosses.
So its a DPS race to kill him before that buff stacks to full.

Did you use your defensive abilities? What about potions/flasks? You cant just press 1 and expect to get by
This is an important question, players need extensive gameplay knowledge to attempt the higher tiers. Folks who don’t have this knowledge can just do lower layers for a good amount of Soul Ash, the system rewards both types of players.
Quite a few buffs. I am looking at Torghast like Artifact Power or the neck from BFA. You can try to cap it by doing the last floor. But do you need to? Eh. Granted, my class anima powers aren’t terribly exciting so I see no reason to break my neck in there. It’s a shame, I thought it would be more, from what the streamers were showing in beta. It seems a bit unpolished.
Click their portrait, go to activity, upper right corner change it to ignored and then whatever time frame you want.

Oh ive seen it for awhile now, i’d mute him, but is almost fun watching the answers they come up with. Like at this point I do not even think he is trolling. I think its a desperate, and sad attempt to get some green text or something.

Blizzard.
They are literally the only people who can actually change the game in that manner, and considering the community was actually pretty annoyed already by how boring and slow it was before, it’s not like they listened to the community on this one.
Blizz makes these decisions, Blizz is to blame for everything in the game.

If it’s someone that has their profile blocked, you need to go into your preferences and type their name in manually.

Some classes have it better than others. Class knowledge only go so far.
