I think if you played a Rogue for PvE, and expect to top meters while your main goal is to sap, stun him, gouge him, stun him, resap, then maybe do damage…then you should reroll. 
I would gladly swap places with rogue and be op in pvp then be average at pve.

Before DF I would’ve said DH. Now, probably shaman. Forums seem to think so at least, and I don’t know any better to disagree 
Arms spec is still very clunky and choppy to use. Arms feels like your driving a old rust bucket with a worn out clutch.
Fury least feels like how a warrior should to me.

One spec that isnt stealth based.
Another weekly beta build where the notes go straight from rogue to warlock.
Blizzard, there’s a class between those 2 alphabetically.

As a class I would say hunter or shaman. For specs I would say enhance, frost dk, mm or bm haven’t changed much. Fire mage seems the same over many years now
Anyone other than shaman is fighting for 2nd place.
