Neglected in terms of what?
Lore-wise Shaman are in rough shape. We just had a Shaman expansion where Shaman didn’t get to do anything and they can’t even the legendary that seems most fitting for them.

It’s been awhile since I tried it so I made survival hunter a remix toon the other night.
Neglected as a whole i guess and your right about the lore. The npc have more shamam abilities then the actual playable class, annnnnd did you see all the cool spells in plunderstorm!?
