I never use Trade anymore. My guild leader on retail got silenced and they were literally using trade for trade heaven forbid.

it’s important to have an appeal process & responsive customer service team for this game imo

Again, I have literally done this. I’ve been playing this game for 15 years doing the same thing saying the same stuff that apparently everyone else here is getting banned for and I’ve been doing just fine

Well, all my years guild leading and raid leading up until 2019, (from 2004) I had no ban. Then 2019 it appears I received a mute, 3 years later people have gotten really soft, or report function is a lot easier to abuse.

My dude, as I mentioned I have been playing this game for over 15 years, I’m 30 years old now. If I haven’t gotten banned yet I ain’t going to get banned anytime soon

Well, it gets the wrongful ban removed from your record, so future punishments are less harsh.
People here acting like the bans are not automated. It takes one person to raise a witch hunt and man is easily manipulated.
Well seeing as the reports have come from “spamming” in lfg, when that’s very much up to interpretation and everyone’s threshold for what they would consider spam is different. if I see someone actually spamming, I either ignore it or mute them, problem solved. Very frequently do I resort to reporting someone, unless they’re hurling racial slurs.
i know tons that lead guilds and dont get banned…

What about recruiting for a 25man Naxx on monday before reset from scratch?
Kiter is actually right though. Like people get silenced/bans for no reason all the time. I see it a lot.
