What is the point of appealing a wrongful ban when wait times are up to 20 days for a response?

Specifically: (I can’t quote the exact quote but this is from Customer Service agent Vrakthris, who’s the head of the team I believe)

That isn’t entirely true. You have a silence from September of 2019. It would be that history that escalated the penalty.

You since posted multiple threads in the forum more or less asking the same question in different ways. I really wouldn’t do that: Customer Services is for obvious reasons the most moderated forum, and you’ll just stockpile more punishments.
