Tbf when so many people do it, its easy to think the rules dont apply in practise.
Sometimes getting called out for rule breaking would be like getting arrested for piracy.

Appeals (Especially squelches, since those are automated) should have an expediated ticket queue that’s less than 12 hours at all times for sure. It’s kinda wrong they can waste your game time if the action COULD be incorrect either via automated squelch or via human error from reading incorrect data (As we saw with the AV/BG stuff previously.)

Don’t break the rules and you won’t get punished. Someone has already shared a customer service response detailing what OP did wrong and that they’ve been actioned before, so I’d read the thread before you come in white knighting them.
Once again that’s incredibly naive. Blizzard has some of the worst customer support there is and frankly it’s maddening more people aren’t upset by it

Every ticket I’ve ever put in has gotten a response within a couple days and I don’t feel sorry for people who “fudge” around and are surprised to find out, so I’ll continue to not care.
