Well their goal is to reduce leaving in M+ pugs. So this is working as intended.

Did you think my comment was an endorsement either way? I was merely speaking on what may have been the intent of not saying what the “great many” was about and what the result might be if Blizz was more precise with numbers.

Generally correct. However, I believe a ban is a closure of account. A suspension isn’t although it may eventually result in it.
Blizzard uses the terms separately, as in this support article.

funny and ironic but the actual trolls and griefers are showing exactly who they are by agreeing with the ability to hold people hostage in m+ or get them banned if they leave

me either. im just a really bad player. so u have to stay 2+ hours with me in m+ or you might be banned.

I guess I wouldn’t be a hostage either because I can leave.
I don’t care about the suspensions because I don’t group up. I seriously lack the attention span to complete a dg unless it’s a follower dg and even then, it’s a toss up.
i mean yeah anyone can technically leave. but you may or may not be banned for it. so i guess its if you care about being banned/suspended or not

Not really. I’m going for the Apathy title these days.
Well it’s not a random game of chance here. It’s not like every leave goes into a raffle and if your name is drawn you’re banned.
If people get banned for it it’s because they do it too often and deserve the ban.
buy some of your favorite snacks. might help with with less apathy more happiness

You’ve certainly typed a lot of words tonight that you feel like amount to you saying why you think it doesn’t work, I’ll give you that.
Now this sounds like an interesting idea, only instead of banning/suspending anyone, just give them a title/achievement.
Something like “Abandoner of groups” or something like that.
