I received a suspension that I’m attempting to appeal and my tickets been active for over 2 days now. Are ticket times insanely backed up?
The ticket time change depending on events, like new patches, new in-game events, bugs, etc. An appeal is ab it different as the appeal team handles it on their own time. From the last time I’ve heard a blue state it, it was a little under a week.

No trouble, Sunboof. Ticket times are estimates even so. But it shouldn’t be too terribly much longer before it comes up in queue.

Are you able to provide more clarity on this suspension? I’m being told its been upheld and they won’t dispute it any further. It is what it is, I’m just curious on why and I couldn’t get through to a real person this time. My ticket was marked resolved and sent back to be in a broken English template.
All ticket responses are done by real humans. Blizzard doesn’t use bots, they don’t use AI, and they certainly don’t use aliens. The responses are made by real humans, they just use templates.
Also, Orlyia can’t change the outcome to the tickets or escalate it. If it is upheld, than sorry to say, it is upheld. If they said that they will not review it any further, than it means any further appeals can lead to more actions taken against the Battle.net account.

Thanks for your input but I’m not convinced the broken English templated response is a real person. I didn’t ask Orlyia to do anything with my ticket other than provide details I’ve seen provided in other threads.
It is.
Don’t know how many times this needs to be said to anyone who thinks otherwise, but they do not use AI or automation, especially when it comes to appeals.

English in that email could have been a bit better, but that’s not even a template. One reason to USE templates is standardization. That one is absolutely hand-typed by a human.

4/21 was the day I was suspended. This is also the day I received gold from a weird source? Theres absolutely no way thats possible. Do your logs show I took it from the mailbox or how it was received?
Appears to be from the mail, yes, had 1 item with it

I mean I know for a fact 100% that this ban is unjustified now. My guild was targeted and many of us have made the same tickets. Some have been overturned, some have not. I don’t recall ever even receiving a little over 1k and I certainly didn’t remove it from the mailbox. My main character that I play the most had under 500g total at the time of last played.
I understand you’re not a GM and you can’t overturn anything but it is unbelievable to me that I’m not allowed to appeal this any further. There are so many threads of players receiving unsolicited gold and “weaponized gold buying” being a thing yet we’re being told tough luck.

I do wish you had mentioned that detail in your ticket, or submitted a ticket if you received gold from an unknown source, Sunboof. This is much harder to confirm after the fact.

I understand, I didn’t know I received the gold from an unknown source until you told me just now. I tried to explain that in my ticket and was told I can’t appeal any further. I was getting an alt boosted from a guildmate at the time of my suspension and very well could have missed that mail appearing.
Am I completely out of luck? I know I didn’t take that gold out and I would have reported it had I’d seen it.
On another note I would like to thank you for your time spent discussing this with me. You very well could have closed my thread and said GG see you in 2 weeks. Its appreciated regardless of outcome.

You aren’t SUPPOSED to get actioned unless you take the mail, that’s how the notes read. You are the second person to tell me you hadn’t, I’m asking it be looked into a bit further.
