Thank you very much for your patience as your ticket traveled here. :] I understand you’re interested in completely removing a WOW license from your Battle .net Account. I like to keep things clean and simple as much as possible, so I totally understand wanting to clear up unused game licenses. I’m happy to help with this! WoW licenses that have ever been upgraded from Starter Edition with a game key, expansion purchase, or Game Time purchase cannot be removed. However, if you do have a completely unused Starter Edition that you would like to remove, you can do so by clicking the “Remove Starter Edition” option on the page below.(Support link) I have, at least, removed the PTR license WOW4 for you! (As a heads up, this particular Blizzard account has not received a WoW Classic Beta invite so far. I did see one other Blizzard account had been logged in from your location recently, which did receive an invite yesterday, so make sure you’re logging in to the Blizzard Battle .net Desktop App with that same account that received the invite, and you’ll be able to install!) Thank you for the help. I understand that they can’t be removed (unfortunate, but I get it) and thank you for removing the PRT. I have attached my invite email that I received for my account. The other is an additional family member which you’re probably registering from my IP. Please let me know if you have any additional information on this or if this was an error.

CS - responded with the client DL for the stress test would appear at the times specified within the email. Not sure why I do not have the actual text. (This was also a false claim)

Hey there, Game Master _____ reporting in! There were some issues with the stress test servers when testing first began, but our developers should have got them back in stable condition. They will keep an eye on things though, and will resolve any remaining issues that might be plaguing the servers. If you are currently unable to log in, please wait a bit before trying to log into the test realms again.

Yea, I still cannot download the test client even though I was accepted to the stress test. I have confirmed the server is still live and people are on it. My account was not properly flagged for the client download and I just want to make sure that the issue is resolved so that I may actually get to test the game at some point.

I’m not asking for access to the beta, nor did I really want access to the stress test when I replied the last time. What I am asking is there was obviously a glitch within your organization (Blizzard as a whole) that either sent me an email in error accepting me to the test or my account was not properly flagged after I had been accepted. So, what I am wanting to know is…Has this issue been resolved and can we confirm that if this was an issue within my account that it has been fixed?
